Asunto: National Team
ok this is going to sound like sour grapes but I think im well within my rights to ask..
Bate was dropped from the Nat squad while at my club but as soon as I sold him he was added again?

My new junior with excellent passing and excellent defending (but poor in everything else) played. It was just a trial game to see how some of the lesser players would go.
Bate didn't play too well and I don't think he'll play too much again.
As for Borkos, Madaschi is almost a better defender than some of the people in the team who PLAY DEFENDER for crying out loud. I've seen his stats, he's a damn good player.

yeah what I mean is he was dropped from the actual squad just last week and the moment I sold him which was only yesterday he was added back into the squad.
Just wondering how that works. I always knew he was at best a bit player

hmm dunno. Blute was only called up yesterday though.
id suggest as sriram stated he was testing under the new m.e to see whether having 2 high skills were more useful then under the old m.e. That would be my reasoning i'd assume.
Heh, funny but nor Wilkinson, nor Parkinson, nor Madaschi, nor Ozbey, nor North, nor Campbell, nor Ishida, nor Garland has only 2 high skills.
Only Bate and Blunt had 2 high skills :p

He has too weak defence to play as defender, believe me.
Ok - you know HIS skills. But you don't know skills of other players(at least - you shouln't). so believe me, that Madaschi didn't reserved place in deserves match :/
(editado)
LOL, it's times like these I'm glad I don't visit these forums that often.
I was surprised to see that one of my players (Jamie Garland) got the call up. He might only be a reserve reserve but thats cool.

He played also in U-21 team last week against Ceska Republika, he's really nice, cause he's hm..the most overally skilled def :)
Still training technique? I think his current level is really enough, and he would need some more defence(about 2 levels)

Lucas Howarth, age: 19
value: 388 800 AU$, wage: 4 320 AU$
club: Hajduk, country: Australia
unearthly form
average stamina, hopeless keeper
average pace, incredible defender
hopeless technique, poor playmaker
average passing, poor striker
Saw this guy advertised. Is he in contention for a national team place? What training would he need?

Got no chance if the match engine changes are anything to go by!
Hm....he's quite young, and has a great Def skill.
He needs some pace, at least good/solid.
Then tech to at least average(it would pop in 2weeks of training - low skill, and he is young). And playmaking to about adequate.
That's for begginning ;)
But...with better playmaking(to kick the ball as fast as it is possible) he could play in many matches now...for example against Hrvatska to stop Duvnjak(very, very good technique).

Ill try and buy him to get his technique up and maybe some pace. Then pass him on for playmaking.
