Anyway tactic is I think ready, could totally get swamped here but we could totally swamp them as well. 50-50 as to which way this goes, hoping it works out alright, shame Howarth is out injured, Haereiti is in shocking form, Kohlers not in great shape either, but we'll see how we go, should be a bit of fun if anything else ;).

yeah well Seca had the best run in to this match, I think during the week 6/7 of our 1st squad players were on transfer ads or posted in transfer forums and so should have been able to take a good note of what we had...

Well anybody who likes smacking kiwis will like the game today :). We managed to (despite an injury to Hirons) beat the kiwis 2 - 0 in a very interesting game where I think we were the stronger team across the entire game and won as a result, but I'm happy, Byers is officially the god now, such an awesome strike :).

Injuring the talismanic Hirons was the impetus the rest of the squad needed.

Horrific injury, especially for a friendly. Fortunately the doctors were able to re-attach Hirons' leg and he should play again. He's thinking of changing his name to Kris Titanium, his legs are full of that many screws and pins.

It has not cartoonal significance though!!!

Well we've been had again. Arranged match against Guatemala has been scrapped as they went and invited another side. I honestly can't believe how many people (NT managers) simply don't keep records and don't bother to check before they decide to arrange another game.

Anyway I'll try my best to find a replacement match against another weaker national team to keep the competition team alive for this week.

Are NZ still looking? Maybe they want a rematch... nope they've got Slovenija :(

well it was a scrappy game tonight but we came out trumps with a 1-0 win with our competition side. Papaluca with a few fine saves at the end to keep them out.

Nice to see Maras scoring. His goal nr. 25 :)

We didn't really look like scoring other than that though, so I was glad he scored :)
