Asunto: National Team

Hirons was meant to get on 6min earlier but we didn't have a break in play. Still thought we left a couple of goals out there but we got the win in the end without several big names including: Willis, Beauchamp, Pottier, Cunico and Kohler.

NZ must really hate Hirons playing though ;).

Then I´ll be the new NT manager of New Zealand. And as I have noticed cometer will be re-elected here. My question is when we will play our traditional friendly match?

I just would like to book that match as soon as possible.

edit: If I am not wrong then I noticed that NZ beat Aussies more than a year ago, I really have to change that:)

yeah I'd be up for that, during the normal period of week 15 or 0. We've beaten NZ the last 3 seasons so long may that continue :p.

could be quite interesting game tonight. Have 4-5 people yet to submit and another 2-3 requiring the U22's be removed from the U21 squad. The game's in 2 hours :).

:) Now we at least have 11 players, so we've got a match.

Haha horrible. Completely outplayed. Didn't expect the 2 wingers, was expecting them to go in with 1 and tried to cover for that one. Then some of the chosen players clearly lacked skills in some area.

Still that wasn't the point of the game, so hopefully everyone sort of enjoyed their player playing, even if it turned out to be a bit of a rout.

I'll have to remember that Ukraine formation should we meet you in the Mini World Cup. That wasn't a result I was expecting.

go for it. You wouldn't get away with it if it was our 1st XI ;).

That probably would have been our 5th or 6th XI against their 1st XI side so I'm not too concerned. Made a mistake not covering the left side a bit better and tried to be a bit cheeky and have Midtsian closer to the centre to protect Hirons and Bellingham largely.

I quite liked the movement of their back 5.

Their two mids were almost ideally placed to strangle both of our mids as well.

Ah well, its a comp team, have to expect some holes. Does look bad on the report when the team's word ratings came out the same though ;)
