Yes it has but we are talking 2005-06.

I can recall the days of 40 users. I think it's times like that when you know you've been around for too long :p.

However, what's probably more concerning is out of the 59 users we probably have about 10-20 in total that play the game well "professionally" and by that I mean actual set proper tactics, train players and look for ways to progress rather than sit on the same lineup and tactic week in week out.

Yeah a little harsh on the scoreline but we still won. You really haven't seen much international football if you're complaining about that. Happens almost all the time with sides of any reasonable ability, one side dominates shot count and still loses or wins by narrow margins

The best you can do is to create more chances and then hope it works. Doesn't help if your strikers aren't skilled in finishing (which I still believe is a hidden trait in this game)

damn scoreline, means USA will just scrape pat us on the rankings

Yup, they've got 2:1 against Zhongguo, which has slightly better rank than Honduras...ehhh :/

Also Sweden won against Nederlands, so they will be higher than us as well. Damn strikers :p

There's no reason it can't, especially given how much things changed last week. Go in to the match with a negative attitude and things won't change

BiH play Kypros - even if they win, they may lose points
Svergie play eesti - Almost guaranteed to lose points
Slovensko play mexico - close game, but they aren't favourites so a good chance of losing
Portugul vs Romania - will lose this, and unless they come close, will lose points
Argentina v Hungary - should lose this
USA v Cuba - will win this, but could be so low on points they may end up losing points

Well...we've got 3:2 and lost lots of points last week, now we have to gain a lot and we're playing Singapur which has quite low ranking and not that bad team. USA plays Cuba [win], Argentina plays Hrvatska [?], Portugal plays Romania [possible loss], Slovensko plays Mexico [possible loss]

We need at 4/5:0 and hope for high loss of at least two of mentioned teams, possibly 3 if USA wins with similar result to ours.

I will try to do what I can, but you've seen yourself how hard it is to score lately...

I saw we are playing a team that really is too low on ranking points to help a lot, so a big win is needed mate. But there are so many teams above us that aren't favourite to win, we have quite a good chance.

Big thing is, you need to out score USA

Two teams losing games above usa will bring them down 20 odd points. That would put argentina behind us and portugal slightly ahead of us. Outscore USA and we should get 32nd rank

Achmid, Sverige/BiH are 50pts+ ahead of us. We're playing a friendly against low-rank Singapur, if they lose hard they might lost ~30pts, to gain +20pts against Singapur we'd neeed about 7-8:0.
