a lot depends on what the opposition do with their defense. If it's deep, then playing him short and wide isn't going to help. If the opposition uses a 5th man wide then it's not going to help having him extremely wide.

It's a balancing act but usually I'd be placing them as high as possible to get in behind the defense rather than sit around and then cross the ball back to our centre midfielder.

Again, it's your decision. You bring a whole new look on tactics that brings about new ideas and ways of tactic building. Against Canada Griffiths worked but perhaps given their depth of their defense had he been pushed further forward still we may have created more.

Your choice in the end, predictability is what we're trying to avoid so the choice to place him short at least you know he can play that position.

We managed match and it's just as well :) ... but now we are waiting more difficult opponent, so I have to prepare for it more. And as I wrote yesterday. Dodd will be missed.

Yes especially Belgium NT coach would like to read the preview here :-) smh..

I'm not talking about tactic, rather something about Belgium NT, maybe about their players. Something like that for the averange Australian, who wants to read something about game ;)

68 Australian registered, 24 in Sokkeros minus NT staff gives us about 18, but ok :p
