Asunto: National Team

Yeah we need to not play very weak teams, but not teams stronger than us.

Very few (if any) teams above us in rankings are actually weaker than us, or close enough to be worth playing judging by stats.

Remember the "formula" (albeit out of date a little is still pretty close), the bonus to winning a game above a higher team doesn't stack up against the points for winning.

Anyway you may prove us wrong and win a majority of those games against those top teams, but if you are going to play top teams it should be at the start of the season as if we lose points, we are then closer in points to the weaker teams and therefore gain slightly more points for winning

+ if playing better teams, then they should use for example u27 teams

Or we arrange a match together and you play with your 4. team:-P

For me top teams are Italy, Germany, Estonia, Poland,Finland,France,Spain... Unfortunately i couldt get them. Teams we are going to face, arent unbeatable.
To be honest this rating things i dont think much about. When i was u21 Turkey coach. i did same, arranged matches with good teams and tried to win each one and in 3 Seasons moved up from 20 something rank to 5 rank or something like that. ok, i cant compare u21 and Nt. If you have good generation of junior it is easier. I know with seniors it is much much difficult. I will try my best. I hope i can be successfull.

the difference is that Turkiye has one of the biggest user bases in whole sokker...

there are only 2 bigger nations than Turkiye in whole game, so no wonder you were able to win with the u21 ;-)

I didnt win the u21worldcup, another coach won ,who came after me:) Last season we had best generation ever. Before that seasons. i was coach for 3 seasons and in ranking we moved from 20 to 5 , something like that. you are right, bigger nations have more chance to have good team. But we were never in top 10 before:) I wrote before, maybe it is wrong to compare u21 and Nt level. I just gave an example. I never cared about ranking list, just played with good teams. and hopefully i can do it also here. I know it is difficult I will give my best. And I will spend more time for Australia Nt than my own team.
And where is "biggest nation in sk" Polska since seasons:p? you cant win any cup.

I didn't mean that it's easy to win anything with top team ;) it's just easier to compete with top teams when you have one of biggest nations, especially in u21 ;)

I wish you good luck, but it won't be easy to beat the good teams with Australia :)

i have just seen players
-Gk's are good enough
-Def's b-skillls are not so good
-Mids are not perfect , but also not so bad. there is only one divine passing mid
-Strikers; , we have 3 good strikers. rest are not good enough. I prefer to play with 2 strikers, so we will have some problem.

I have to update players actually stats and look for new players. Maybe i will find some good players.

It will be my first match as the coach of Australia. I want to win this match. After that game we will be in Mini world cup. Before the Mini World Cup start I want to update players actually skills. I see we have so many old players. I dont think their skills have changed in positiv way :) So i will focus on 22-26 years old players. For the future we need a database in this age group.

Advices and suggestions are welcome
