Asunto: National Team
the future of the NT is more important in growing players, not just winning games.
I don't see any way in which playing u21 would have an impact on 'growing' the players, please explain

U21? I speak of trying to sacrifice some games even with the chance of loosing, but still offering playing chances to the few perspective young players who come from behind. I have encountered some nice lads, they aren`t the best possible, but still I feel I can offer them some playing opportunities in this season with friendly games.
sorry, it was supposed to be u27, dunno why I wrote 21:)
well it's your team, but I think that raising the ranking is crucial...and 26-27yo won't gain anything from playing in NT...

Borkos you are right, but I won't be playing all the remaining matches in under 27 style, only a few(2 or 3). Let's hope we will do a decent job and the ranking won't suffer.

Raising the rankings is crucial, but i think to make a future better NT is most crucial, if we play just with 30 yo players in any match, we could make some rankings now, that actually looks better, but in the time we lose rankings, and whole first NT future.
Continuity is one of most difficult things in this game, even we talks about our clubs or NT-s.
NT-s have a big advantge compared with U21 teams:the selection is more easy, NT-s could get any players, U21 just some very young generations, mostly youth aged players and very fast we gonna change to another generation.
But in the other hand U21 have a big advantage to, young players (U21)just pops up their skills, the olders frequently lose them.
So, if we play some seasons with same old players, is normal to get back in the time the NT...so, i think is'nt too bad to play in friendlys only with U27, helping that players with bonus training(50%) to get some better skills(if they can get) till they gonna be our first NT on official games.
But we could play mixed aged matches to, where we could use in critical positions youngers for trainings and olders in the rest of positions...with more chance to keep rankings to and repair the future NT on critical posts for next seasons aswel.
I play mixed to, even in the WCQ matches, but i have no other choices. In Hungary i played mostly the friendlies with just U20, here i dont could make this, because we gonna maintain our second pot ranking and we have'nt so good younger players on any positions to get points with them and help them in trainings.

the problem is that these games won't give them +50%
26-27yo players play in league games in their clubs
therefore they get 90% training
it was already officially stated by greg that it is impossible to reach 100% training, the league + NT gives around 95-96%
so let's say that a player get 5% bonus training...it's almost nothing.
5% means that he will receive an addition 'full' league training after 16 games in NT...and every injury will mean that he lost 1-3 weeks of training
using u26-27 players in NT does not help in their training, these are the facts unfortunately
it is a bit useful in u21, because such players often play only in friendly games = receive 70% training
therefore friendly+NT means that they will get ~20% additional training thanks to u21NT games...

You're right, the rules changed,(i readed now english and romanian version), but unfortunatelly i have still the old chapter 6 in my own hungarian language, with 95% training gived for every player(during whole official match), 90% for every player(friendlys) and 50% for NT matches, 100% training for all players who played twice a week. And there are'nt specified his age.
Thanks, i will ask Hungary mods to update that chapter.

the training chapter in rules is often badly written in some languages...it should have been fixed long time ago

Borkos, my main purpose is increasing the NT rating, but as well I want to see how some of the players with potential behave in some matches. Maybe I will play U27, maybe I will use them in a mixed age combination, it remains to be seen.
In any case it seems that the bolivian manager changed up his mind and we won`t be playing U27 on Saturday.

I understand that:)
Maybe he decided not to play u27 because my 27yo Bolivian NT midfielder got injured and can't play:))
