Maybe he decided not to play u27 because my 27yo Bolivian NT midfielder got injured and can't play:))

It`s an interesting theory :))
Anyway it`s better this way, a win is mandatory and in u27 our chances wouldn`t have been that big.

Bolivia NT vs Australia NT 2-1(0-1)

Although we lost this game, we played really great and we would have deserved to win this encounter.
We had a flawless first half, we defented great and scored with a header from Gianna. The bolivians didn`t have any goal chance.

The second half started with a huge 1 to 1 Huxley-bolivian goalie, but he missed.
We were equalised from the 11m spot and lost the match through an error from Browne who lost the winger on the right side and he delivered the ball on the table for the striker.

I am disappointed with the lost game, but happy with how we played. If we could defend this way, but gain more goal chances things could look great. I will try to improve this in my tactics.
If anyone has some suggestions, feel free to share with me. It would to me great benefit to hear the community opinions regarding our playing style. Thanks!

Australia NT vs Latvija NT 4-1

Now this is what I am talking about. Gianna had a great play this time, scoring 4 times was a decent performance from his part. We have played a 4411 tactic against the 37th positioned team and it went perfectly.

I dont wanna promise anything, but i am first who wanna win against Ukraine again, to see our litle NT more and more closer to WC and i am sure, then our home landers will forget some losed friendly, knowing about my squad protecting circumstances.

Israel vs Australia 4-1

We have played nice sokker until we got the red card in the 14th minute. Nevertheless we still had chances of scoring and managed to attack with one man less. The goal chances were kind of equal, but the Israelian striker was more efficient.

Maybe without the red card the final score would have been different.

Australia NT U27 vs Panama NT U27 3-0

A game with U27 players(except Butera and Madaschi who entered in the second half), we played well and didn`t offer the opponent many scoring chances.
Defender Douglas played well in the def line, he surprised me in a good manner.

On Saturday we will be against a though opponent, Bosnia - ranked 17th in the world rankings.
It will be a Under 28 match for both sides.

Australia NT U28 vs Bosnia NT U28 2-2

Today we faced a top 20 team(ranked 17th) in an U28 encounter.
We had times when we dominated the game, but as well we were dominated by the opponent.
The boys played very determinted, we led the game for two times, 1-0 and 2-1, but in the end the final score was 2-2, with Butera scoring a double.

I am glad with the resolution of the game, actually I am very surprised how well we played todat against an opponent who had 9 mark points over us and we still played from equal to equal.

Good job guys, the drinks are on me tonight:)

Australia NT vs South Africa NT 4-1

Today we played against South Africa a Under 28 match as well with the possibility of using 1 or 2 players over 28 yo.

We played excellent and won without any problems. The 4411 tactic worked like a glove.
Unfortunately Gianna played again in his usual way, missing a lot of chances 1 to 1 with the goalie.

Great effort, great win. Go Australia!

I`ve just noticed that winger Corey Harries scored his first goal for the National Team and a beautiful one as well :d
