ohmg just read it, I arranged with USA on week 01 but if you pay attention I'm going to have free weeks this season, I've let free some weeks when it's going to be a hypotethical final round match in WC or Copa America and we might not be in

No problem, I have booked my schedule, but changes can appear anytime.

We have started this new campaign against Russia NT. A U28 game which ended in a draw, 2-2.
Uber`s Grella scored a 30m beauty, a joy to see;)

The team performed quite well, but we still have problems in the def and middle line.

Next week we are starting our Mini World Cup campaign, first stop: former WC finalists Scotland.

Secondly I will point a review of the last games we played at Senior level.

Russia U28 vs Australia U28 2-2

This was a pretty even game, we had some decent chances, but in the end I believe it is a fair result.

Australia vs Scotland 1-7

This game was a huge disappointment, although we started well, then suddenly all fell apart. At half time the score was decent, but afterwords goals starting pouring into our post.

Iran vs Australia 3-1

This is one of the moments when sokker shows you the engine is random. We played better, but lost inexplicable.

Australia vs Belarus 2-1

We defented brilliant, we didn`t offer the opponents chances of scoring and in the end the final result could have been higher.

Indonesia U28 vs Australia U28 2-2

We played yet again as I promised a game with Under age understanding. We had an even value opponent, we totally dominated them, but we were equalised in the last minutes because of some minor defensive mistakes.

Ecuador U28 vs Australia U28 0-1

A very useful test where I had the chance to see some newcomers. We played quite offensive and had some decent scoring chances with Alex Bate and Poutakidis. We could have won 2-0 or 3-0, but it was not to be.

Next game, yet another Under age match, it will be against Lietuva U28.

Ellrich back up to brilliant form. Probably your 2nd best NT GK. What a freak at 34. My favourite all time player :)

Zsolt, read my answer;) I will take him back, he will play but only in the matches where I don`t play Under age games. Next season he will be 35, it will be a qualifying campaign. Do you believe he will remain with this skills? No! I prefer playing some lads that will help us for a long term period.

He was 3 times SD and he's about +15 pace. He'll keep his skills for a while longer :)

Read uber, he is a good champions cup manager!:)

Let`s hope so. He will have his place there in the non under age games, trust me;)

@zsolt: I always trust uber`s opinion, he is one of the best managers around here;)

I don't mind him not playing. Clau_Goool knows his stuff. Galea is better and Mangos is not far behind. If Ellrich's form goes up another few notches, then he'll be the best or close to it, but the form isn't quite there. I was only letting CG know that his form is on the move.

But seriously.... there are no 34 year olds like him :)

86 NT games is not bad, especially considering his form problems over many seasons :(

I prefer Gillard and Foley.They will be the future for Australia.
I like to play with youngs, i like to show a brighter future for the nations where i activate.

He truly looks wonderful, you are lucky to posses such a player:)

Today we should have played a U28 game against a team which this season was qualified to the World Cup Groups, Lietuva.

Unfortunately their manager didn`t respect our agreement and he played with their best 11.

The guys reacted well, we dominated and the stats looked great.

We had some newcomers today: Rob Upton(23 yo), Scott Harrison(23 yo) annd Mason Cummins(22 yo).

Things are looking good and I am very pleased with our young lads.
