Australia vs England 3-3
Good morning guys. Today we played against England in a close encounter which could have brought us three magical points. We lead 2-0 and 3-2, but unfortunately we were equalised in the end. Bate was wonderful, as was Elrich and all of our players.
Papalia will be out for 17 days, I hope his absence won`t be missed that much.
We are still in the chase for the 2nd place. Go Australia!

Panama lost 3-2 against last ranked El Salvador, a very good result for us.
Colombia has beaten Jamaica, they are ranked 2nd now.
We can take the 2nd place next week when we will have a direct match against Colombia.

Sorry guys, our World Cup qualifying dream ends today as we lost against a better opponent, Colombia.
We had two slight real chances of scoring, but they weren`t enough. Bate wasn`t in his best shape, as his game lacked of freshness.
I truly believed that we could qualify, unfortunately the final result wasn`t as I thought(prefered) it would be. Maybe in two seasons time we will have more chances.

I enjoyed our game against Latvija U26. There were plenty of chances, an exciting game and a fair result in the end. Danny Baveas scored a nice eqaliser when the ref was ready to end the game:)

Australia vs Jamaica 3-1
If Colombia would have lost against El Salvador(narrow chances) we would still had qualifying chances. Colombia won 4-3 and we will be battling for the 3rd spot against Panama.
Elrich got his 100 match, so he has to honour the team. So party mood is on:)

He has dropped down to unearthly GK now and his value is dropping fast. I think there are better GK for Australia now :(
I might have to drop him to reserve GK next season for my team too :(

Our last game of the group stage ended in a defeat, 2-1 against Panama. It was quite an even game, maybe the final result should habe been a draw, but it wasn`t to be.
We finished 4th, but I remain upset that we could not make more against Colombia in the decisive game.
Next week we encounter Bulgaria U26, yet again playing with our young generation u26.
