Now i try for first NT.

This season we are going to celebrate the 3rd edition of the Asian Cup, we hope to have the participation of all the countries of the continent.

The important thing is that each country registers its participation (any candidate) and then we will contact the winner to confirm participation.

OFFICIAL TOPIC || Asian Cup || III edition

Whomever wins this should join Asian cup, as we rightly should have automatic position, but because sokker was made when Australia was still in Oceania, they don't give us auto position
2020-12-23 23:31:27
It's probably worth writing a summary of why we should vote for you including your accomplishments and previous NT experience and results
2020-12-24 00:41:34
Cheers for the info, mate!
If it became reality and I took over the NT, I would surely join the cup. I had a vote until a few hours ago but it disappeared, so I assume someone changed his/her mind regarding giving me a shot.
We still have time to get to know each other better :)

achmid para Vampyr
Hey Vampyr, thanks for applying for the coaching position.

Based on your experience with small countries (espescially Letzenberg), can you tell me what you believe are the the most important things and NT coach can do to get a small nations NT up in ranking, and based on what you have seen in the Aus community, which ones have already been done or need more work?

BTW if anyone sticks around long term, the Aus NT is just hitting a tipping point of improving again due to some great work by a number of managers, including the current NT manager agbell.
With the return of some old managers, and a number of news ones which seem to be sticking around, the player pool is increasing as well as the quality

Orsini para achmid
First of all, I am glad that a Spanish-speaking user like saimon is in charge of the management of the Asian cup that would give me a better understanding of the dynamics of that cup. Achmid that publication of the Asian Cup is to remind us of the participation since it is mandatory to register whatever country it is and in that format it is the same American Cup, so I understand it perfectly clear that Australia enters as an official participant of the cup and not as a invited. By the way, I already signed up whatever coach wins to play the Asian Cup since it is the one that corresponds to us officially. there I make that change in my candidacy that I thought about playing the American Cup, we will play the Asian Cup. Well, I am encouraged with the new updates, and in order for us to rise in the ranking, even though you didn't ask me, we must agree on games wisely and put together good tactics and I'm good at those two things. Apart from what I have already mentioned in my candidacy, which is to create a database, do scouting work and renew the selection. the level has dropped a little but it is also recoverable, the community is growing and there are 20 users and that will help us a lot. My project is long-term. I want Australia to be in the 40-49 ranking. That is the goal, but it takes some time to achieve it.

Thanks for replying Orsini, and don't worry, the only reason I haven't asked you direct questions is because you put out a good, indepth application so I get the feeling I know where you stand (at this stage) :)

Vampyr para achmid
Achmid,

I'm mostly focusing on the development of the teams I'm in charge of. It's a long-term process that not always comes with great scores. Od course, I would very much like to win as many matches as possible, so the strongest squad will be set with teams which are ranked higher. When there will be a possibility, I want to let some of the youngest members of the NT play and gain an extra training (according to my knowledge, just one NT match gives a player up to 45% additional training!).
I have a lot of coaches here in sk with whom I work with who are focusing mostly on training future NT stars. I can be counted as one of that as well - I have (also had) a few players who have a bright future ahead of them. My main goal is to keep searching and moving your youths to teams that will fulfill my expectations about training them in the best possible way.
To answer the second part of your question about your community - I haven't been here long enough to draw any essential conclusions. I only see that not many of you are still active on the forum. This is the first thing I would like to work on - to encourage as many users as possible to join us here. I will surely need to make a brainstorm from time to time and I have to reach for the highest possible number of helping hands.
Also, I need a close cooperation with you, Achmid, as you are the first person who has the contact with your youngest players.

Question to all candidates...

We have a small active user base and a declining old squad that is not competitive. We also have a revitalised very small community that may bring through a new group of quality players in 5-6 seasons. how will you engage the community to get them involved and invested in the Nat team, and how will you get our small group of managers training the players we need?
2020-12-24 12:23:40
I think I answered your question in my last post.
I have a group of managers in my federation forum that are focused just on training youths. I will ecourage them to take under their wing the most valuable youths and train them as the NT prospects. I will also try to help as much as I can, since I've been investing just in young players lately. I'm still in touch with NT coaches of my youths and mixing my training plans to make the most of them.
This does not mean you all won't be engaded at all. I want you to develop your teams to bring the best coaches to your club and expand the youth schools to their maximum sizes. That will give us better chance and a higher probability to get players with a decent talent.

agbell answering your question. You have to send sokker mail to each of the users and see what conditions we are in,

1. If they are experienced or novice players to help them grow in the game.

2. We must wait for the updates since they open very significant changes and we will all be somewhat lost so I will collaborate as much as I can to help in that aspect since I personally am quite interested in the subject and learn the new modalities.

I think that in that aspect you have to go from micro to macro that is to say start from the simplest to grow but we must be realistic since it is something that takes time this same game is slow and it is something very nice that makes it more realistic .

Something that helps in many communities to unite them is to make a group of whassap sokker australia that would be a great plus to unify once and for all the community mutual aid and systematic growth.

I can do the work of the group and the invitation but I would not participate because of the language, however it is something good for the community.

The point of the selection and what I have raised is to carry out a renovation and climb in the ranking is a priority since if we reach the top 40-49 we have a chance that the Australian league will have two teams in champions which makes it more attractive and competitive.

apart from the fact that the selection would enter pot 3 which gives us more possibilities to qualify for the world championship.

The community is growing and the Australian staff team should be growing with promoter tutors that is already with administrators and users who wish to collaborate in the growth of the selection.

Now for growth we can look for alternative training, for example that everyone uses a U21 from Australian holder. It is not feasible but you can another option is to enhance the quarries the problem is the updates that there is no set date therefore I would say that the most sensible thing is not to spend so much money now and keep the accounts with money so that when the updates are Don't hit us so much and let's have a minimum of 5 teams with strong schools and worthwhile entries while the other teams develop. because we are 20 users and I know that our community can be hit depending on how the updates are implemented.

I believe in going slow but surely the maximum that I recommend now is to buy magic trainers. but if we have to teach if we have inexperienced users so that they know how to create training plans and which players are trainable.

Australian players are also attractive in the market so it is a great advantage since I would bet because national players who come out of their quarry who meet their requirements to train are trained and the others sell them so that foreign users train them this helps in two senses first if they are good players can be bought by users who know how to train optimally which generates competitive players and two improves the economy of the Australian league. I think we have to focus more on training homegrown players and exporting the players in exedente.

My answers are a litlebit different, because you and more older aussie users knows me and my working...i am a litlebit much more attached to this country, like any of other candidates, i worked here as U21 coach, with 2 WC presents and i know the situation, with less users and less usable players.2 seasons ago i got Malta NT and i added 3 rankings for them in just a single season, even they also have small community and valued players.
I know you and i likes everytime to work with you and i have my sources to find any players that could be close to NT i like to use old and young players together, first group of olders for experience and highest training level also to keep making some results, second group of youngers to try them and assure future to this country's NT.

It's probably worth writing a summary of why we should vote for you including your accomplishments and previous NT experience and results

Thanks...maybe for new users could it be worth a summary, but i dont will write, i just ask them to take a look into Aussie U21 history page :D

Thanks all, whilst I could ask lists of questions, I can see that I'd be happy to give any one of you a crack at the NT team, and look forward to working with whomever gets the job.

Whomever gets elected, send me your email and I can send you a spreadsheet I have been working on of U21's who have promoted since I have been in charge, including comparison data to determine who will likely make the big leagues.

After this age update, the excel document will cover 22, 23, 24 and 25yo, so really starting to get in to the early Senior NT phase
