I would need as much help as possible, if I won, so your proposition is worth considering.
Though there are not so many Australian players in here, I need to monitor them and get development reports sistematically.

I'm sorry to see you resigned, we have still a week, so you had your chances.

I don't care who win, (will decide the community)but he gonna make a serious work here, because actual squad is old...but i have a litlebit much attachement to Australia, i know their problems, and i literally comes home here...not just arrived.
And about plans...i don't need a plan...I AM A PLAN, one of the most respectable NT managers from Romania i don't wanna lose matches.So, changing whole squad to one younger is'nt that i want:i wanna make results, even from now, i don't wanna lose whole seasons, so i think, is important to get new young players to squad, but is very important also to make some results and why not? to try making more wonder seasons here, but for that we need to get higher pots.
As i wrote, we have a lot of work here, but a work without results is just a losing time for me.

Thank you very much for your words friend. Of course I understand your position and for that reason I decided to work with vampyr, obviously you need results so that it is not a waste of time but I think that you also have to keep your feet on the ground and that is that the Australian community even though today I have 20 Most of the users are new and sokker is slow to develop, so I think we have to go little by little even motivating the community to train national players and teach them to do it.

to the newest. I am also a respected user in my community but to say my achievements would only be saying empty words because my account is new and I think that has generated some mistrust which I understand perfectly.

I think there are two very good candidates right now and whoever wins I hope will do the best job possible and be tactically well applied.

I will only limit myself to helping as a scout and in things that I can. if you allow me of course.

Of course, i need help.When i was on Malta, the ex NT manager proposed to me to keep him "on the bench", but when i sent to him my letter, to he give me some new players to add on the squad, he don't helped me atall.

Maybe you think, i dont know to manage an NT, just a little NT...so, i like more the youngs, but i still was with 4 seasons ago the 9-th club from Romania, and semifinalist of Romanian Cup.So, can you believe me, i can manage an older team aswel, than a young....but of course...i like to see more added skills than losed.
Friend you will be welcomed, also gabrielli, if you wanna help the Australia NT.But the litle difference between i and polish is, that i learned the lesson named U27 Euro with Malta, noway i will play U27 tournaments with little countries, finally you lose more than you win.I think, NT is formed by best players of the country, and just the youngers that really deserve to be there will play for us, because i dont wanna lose anymore half of seasons with no trained young players.
Some coaches use the NT-s as their own club, but is'nt their club, is first team of nation and needed to be respected at that level.

Thanks for responses. I will read through these in next 24 hours (work getting in the way).

Our U21 NT setup is in a better state as we have new managers & a coordinated approach with teams training across DEF/MID/ATT - not sure on GK's but Achmid can best confirm this.

I guess the key age bracket for the Snr NT is 22-25yo (to maximise training) for ultimate NT & ensuring non-Australian teams are training these guys....or bringing them back to our Aus teams for training if it's possible.

Both you guys put together strong cases, so good luck. Hoping Orsini sticks around too & gets a chance in the future. :D

I am also active in 2 big community forum, in Romania and also in Hungary and i could help myself real NT prospects to be traded for this major communitys users...but i think, any plan of progress for Aussie NT-s and also for better aussie clubs are beginning from here, depends on how you open junior schools, how to manage them and also what is your plan of trainings/managing and transfers, because important is much more to have quality than quantity of aussie players and finally of your clubs.
We could make a forum topic together here or coming back to The socceroos forum to see what plans you have at your own clubs and to help you to make stronger not just A league teams but any of community that really wanna make progress in this game, not just to play from time to time.

I try to keep Aussie players for whatever I'm training - currently DEF with 9-10 Aus players being trained.
A forum thread for that purpose couldn't hurt....even if for updates when managers change training. The main guys tend to let each other know anyway.

8/20 votes, i never ever seen this before here, is very good, seems the aussie users are interested for first team from this season, there are 3 very good choices here, with different long timed plans and different ways.
Australia for me is something special, i don't wanna use this team, this country and his community for my own jokes.

Also, putting this here as it's from the most recent post from the Junior A-League thread, which you 'non-Oz' guys probably wouldn't see without adding it to your forum list....

This is an issue & would only benefit our NT setup in keeping newer managers interested in building their youth school...which only helps the NT setup going forward.

Having just checked -
Junior A-League = 7 teams
JL2 = 3 teams (1 newer player)
JL3 = 1 team

If any of you have any influence in getting this changed so we have a more united setup, it can only help.

The one team in JL3 (Gingernuts) is a newer manager & it's these types of situations that do not help encourage players....only serve to drive them away after a while.

There are a couple of other newer players I can ask to see if ready to join our junior setup as I think they may have YS in place to form a team.

Great job, mate! Nice to see nearly half of the overall number of users (all of the active ones I think) taking part in the process which affects the whole community.

To answer your second post, how can anyone of us help solving the problem? Any ideas coming to your head?
Since Raul is now the main developer of the game and we're in the beginning of 'the sokker revolution', I can talk to him about making one big league for all of the users until the number of the Aussies will grow. Maybe then we could be able to separate teams and make more levels as the number will rise.
Firstly, I will ask him about his plans regarding Australia. They already started fixing polish lowest leagues and merging them to narrow the number of the leagues with the most bot teams and exclude them from the game. I think it will take some time but reaches all the countries in sokker after a while. Just be patient :)

Hello, I was the coach of Australia about 6-7 seasons ago, sometimes I stop by and check even if I don't write, today the winner is defined, I hope the winner will get Australia back where it deserves.

Ok, I talked to people engaged in the changes and it seems like there's gonna be something done with your J-Leagues. The darker side of the news is that it'll happen no sooner than in 2-3 season from now. Devs already acquired the info about this weird situation, so it's a matter of time to good things to come :)
