Ok, I talked to people engaged in the changes and it seems like there's gonna be something done with your J-Leagues. The darker side of the news is that it'll happen no sooner than in 2-3 season from now. Devs already acquired the info about this weird situation, so it's a matter of time to good things to come :)

Thanks for confirming. I have contacted some managers without junior teams to see if they're ready to join, so that might help with league 3 & with training for u21 NT.

Well that was fitting that it was a close race because you both seem to be good choices. Thank you both for running and good luck to our new NT coach. Apologies to the runner up, I don’t like the tie system but not sure how else you could determine who the coach should be. Hopefully you both continue to be active here as that will likely increase your chances at a future election.

Hi, i'm not angry now, but a litlebit sad...after my past work here i losed, even i don't losed.
My compensation is to see almost half of voters in my part, they trusted me and this thing gives me now hope to the future, hope to someday we could start together a new coworking here, but first we'll see where will go this NT with Vampyre, his project also need long seasons and i wanna believe, he will make a good job here.
This result shows me the reason, why to remain close to aussie community, because i still have friends here.friends that dont forgot the great things we'll makes together at U21.
As i wrote, i not losed, so you dont will lose me the same.But my project need to be rejected now, because the new NT have all rights to work on his own project, that i'm sure will help the socceroos.

You sound a little bitter, mate. As I wrote earlier, I'm gonna need all the help that is possible. And since you're a respected manager here, your experience is something we can't put a value on.
I never said that I'm gonna work just on my own and make my project, as you put it, happen. No obstacles here to merge your and my vision how to build a strong team and bring it to life.
It's up to you whether you stick around and support our common work here (yep, the NT needs assistance from all of us, it's not just mine) or you go and return just for the elections.
I expect you reconsider and stop behaving like a 5-year-old who just lost a toy to another kid, since you're a grown, intelligent man.
Hope you won't get offended by my words. I don't mean to get on a war path with you, considering we both are fighting for the common cause :)

In the end you guys drew so I think it proves the Aus community trusted both, which is an amazing effort from both guys.

I just moved house today, but feel free to skmail me your email address and I'll send through my end of 21yo document I've been updating at the end of every U21 season, which should give you an idea of future prospects and some which may even be pushing to play for the NT now

Don't feel too bad about the result as it was 50/50 call with 4 votes each. For me it was a toss of coin on who to vote for.
I hope you stick around & help out where you can. As Vampyr said, he is open to any assistance.

Yeah for me it was a toss of the coin decision. I would have been satisfied either way the result went. I respected both of your good records and enthusiasm for the role. I will say (I’ve said it before when I last played) that community activity goes a long way and I strongly recommend if either of you want this role going forward to remain active in the community. It’s the most important thing imo even more so then results.
