Asunto: National Team
As I wrote earlier, it will not influence the rank, even if we go for a kill.
You might be surprised how much can a 26yo player be developed :)
It's not the 3rd or 4th squad, these are the players just are just knocking to the first squad. In 2-3 seasons they'll be core of the NT, as some most of the players from the squad is over 30.
I'm pasting the squad below to show you how it exactly looks. As you will be able to see, there are 3 players aged 26, one 25 and the rest is younger, so they're gonna derive benefit from that game a lot.
Plus, we've got a better chance of avoiding injury of our crucial one's, who will be needed the most.

2 Brodie Bailey DEF
3 Bradley Hoang DEF
4 Alexander Collina DEF

Good luck for the game against the "Singas"
A question regarding training....what would happen if I play Collina as MID for orders in the club game, immediately after the NT game & just prior to next training?
It's not out of the question that could happen when training something like pace (as I deploy him mostly as a def mid) - so wondering if there are benefits if that was the case, or would he need to stay as DEF order for the whole week.
Genuine question as I haven't considered NT games counting towards a player's training until now.

He needs to play on the same position to get the whole training points. If you will set him as MID knowing he played DEF in the NT game, he only gets the training from the last game.
The same happens when you mix the positions during the club games week. He needs to play on the same position in both games, league&friendly, or just one game or else just the second position counts. So if he plays DEF, he needs to stay DEF the whole week or the NT game will not bring him any additional training.

Any thoughts about today's game?
What do you think of the tactics this time?

That's why I didn't post any details, I don't want to spoiler the match.
From 2-0 down to 2-7....were you worried? :)
Good weekend for both NT's.

The second goal almost gave me a heart attack, to be fair :P

Great match from him. Although, first two attempts and two goals lost :)
What I need to say, is the fact that Oz has fantastic, and most important, young goalies. Fihaki, Newton and mentioned Farmer are high class players and still at the beginning of their careers.

Yeah personally I wouldnt waste my time with Farmer (sorry Farmers coach). It could be just bad luck or it could be some hidden factor or combination of skills, but Farmer is the worst performing U21 Divine GK I have ever has the "pleasure" of playing.
Often performs well under a divine player, and I've coached newton and fihaki.
Honestly Borg is and has performed better than Farmer, and that included when Borg was only excellent in keeping

Yeah, seen it already on the U21 topic. Honestly, I have no idea why such a situation takes place.
This game didn't show his weakness that much. The 2 goals received were not his fault at all, I might even say he almost prevented loosing them. The shots were firstly defended by him but the second forward got to the ball quicker than our defs and placed the ball in the net.

It's definitely a sokker mystery.
We often speculated it with a few strikers over the year, but I think this is the first time we have really speculated something similar with a keeper
