Asunto: National Team
I would like to inform you that I will not be taking part.in the elections this season. I appreciate the chance to conduct the NT this season. Did my best to help but it seems like I still need to learn a lot as the scores show my lack of knowledge. This and some private issues force me to make a decision not to rerun as I may get really short on time for sk.
Even though the scores have been far from perfect with me as the NT coach, I hope you'll let me me stay here with you and still be a part of the great community :)

Sorry to see you go Vampyr, whilst results and tactics maybe could have been better, it has been a pleasure having you as part of our community and I hope that with your limited time, you will still hold Australia dear to your heart and be one of our naturalised international teams who help take us under their wing.
As you have seen the community is passionate about the NT side, and you took both the negative and positive feedback like a champ, and I do think your tactics have improved since what I saw at both the start of this season, and in previous seasons with other NTs
I wish you the best of luck in your personal life, it should always come first over sokker, and look forward to continuing our banter in the forums here in Australia.

No worries. The only change here is the NT coach. I'm staying here and will be active just the same as I have been so far.
Thank you for the kind words. I would also like to congratulate you on the great score this season. You did an awesome job!

I return to make my application because I see the whole problem where the Australian team is and I want to support the ranking where I am and apart the games that are coming are very difficult and I love the challenges I know I can straighten the course of the Australian team and I see only one candidate, so I want to support, I hope you trust me because I really want to work with the Australian national team.
This time I cannot offer you the start of such a well-developed project because the qualifying rounds are coming but I know the selection and if vampy facilitates the skills of the players it would be easier, I go with everything in the same way and we will at least stay in the position of our hype, although I will try to improve it, but there is a long way to go if we want to regain the selection.

It would be good to see you stick around & keep involved for sure. I think our NT depth will be better for your efforts & contacts, as it helps add extra training for our NT players.
Good luck in the new season. :)
Good luck in the new season. :)
Yes, last season they were a very tight election and that's why I retired since I preferred that they choose with more wisdom, I think it was not a bad choice vampy did what he could but if we are in a slightly delicate situation but something that encourages that the community continues to rise. I want to make things very clear, I set realistic objectives, I will not say that we will go to the World Cup because for that a long-term project and the support of the community in general are needed and I want to be the one who straightens the path of the selection, next season this delicate because the next dt will assume the selection in qualifying rounds and difficult rivals will open but it is time to make good tactical approaches and study the rivals well apart from loving a starting 11 and I will take care of that.
Cheers, I'd very much like that.
@Orsini
No worries about the NTDB. I'm keeping everything up to date, so the skills we'll be at your disposal if you get elected, of course.
Good luck to you and all the other candidates. I hope that any of you won't neglect the NT or decide to give up in the middle of the season because the scores get below your expectations. Be aware of what you're signing up to. And the most important thing - become a part of this great community for real and for long! I may not be an 'Australian forum dino' but after this just (almost) 20 weeks I can say that it's been totally worth joining.

Orsini. Qualify to wc is a very difficult goal but Still possible
Team on pot 1 rates 75+
Teams on pot 2 rates 73+
Australia's rate is 70. It is not an easy task, specially because many of the good players are 30+ yo, but it can be done.

Not a bad game but sadly shows how tough it is gonna be in 2-3 season as we played with 9 U27 players. The first squad members are getting seriously old and it's a matter of weeks till they start dropping in the major skills.

Ohhhhhhh so nice group.....
my point of view
1. Bulgaria: the strongest of the group and great manager, skivtorov, he plays very on the offense but keeps many players on defense also. It is difficul to score but they sacrifice ball posession.
2. Portugal: a team slightly superior to australia, they dont have a big rating BUT amazing manager
3. latvija: better team than portugal, they play very well but let spaces on defense, I have seen some matches of them as Colombia has played coulple of times again this team, they are good but can be attacked
4. Peru: they use 5 line defense but they transform t 3-2. very weird movement but very effectiuve. Attack this movement is the key
5. Australia: just a little of disadvantage on players but can be managed
6: tunis has a nice team, standard team, we will see how they have evolved. PLayed with dominicana against Tunis and we won, we even used that match a second team as the next match was official
Guys, I see that can be achieved a 2nd place, all teams are very similar, I dont see a super team here (altough Bulgary is very strong) and I dont see the weak team that will lost all the matches, very balanced group. then I can say again that my objective will be to get a spot on the WC.
a lot of work need to be done as vampyr said ( and I also poined before) we have to get a proper balance between competitiveness and age refresh

Are you taking part in the elections? I don't see you name on the list.
If I could, I'd surely vote. I can't say who'd be my choice and I don't want to favor anyone as I don't know any of you at all.
Aussies will surely choose wisely :)
