If I could, I'd surely vote. I can't say who'd be my choice and I don't want to favor anyone as I don't know any of you at all.
Aussies will surely choose wisely :)

Like I said earlier - I'm not going anywhere. Always eager to help :)
Not a bad game but sadly shows how tough it is gonna be in 2-3 season as we played with 9 U27 players. The first squad members are getting seriously old and it's a matter of weeks till they start dripping in the major skills.
I dont know the skills of many players, but 66 rating is a little low but not so bad, also I like that "formidable passing". I guess the defense is weak as the rating was very low, but defense is the easer position to fullfill.
I see warren, the super att is getting old but I guess he still has one last season with the NT
RD was difficult, they have some cracks: baquero (ATT), mella (MID) and Bautista (MID)

It wouldn't be so bad if that was U23 or at least U24 team. But U27 + 2 best player aged over 30 who made the average notes higher than it could really be with all U27's, doesn't sound so well. I'm waiting for achmid's base, containing players who just turned 22 and we'll see what it brings. This might be the right time to start thinking about the future of the NT and focus on training the best youngsters. If not, we're gonna have some serious trouble here.
Also, if you mean Warren Nicole, he's a world class mid. Shame he's gonna retire soon.
Baquero is 25, so he fullfilled the conditions of my agreement with their coach. He had informed me a few moments before the kick-off that he's gonna use two older players :)

Yes, achmid base would be great.
Also I am planning to arrange u25 friendlies. I know how to select the best using the tool I have talked about

Oz community has known for some time there will be a gap in quality as many experienced managers left the game & have only recently returned. Probably means 2,3, or even 4 seasons where the number of teams in Oz was at a minimum as far as training NT players goes....& we're now coming to that point where depth will suffer for the senior NT team?
Whereas U21 is seeing full potential, it will take a few seasons for these players to filter through to senior team.
I can only speak for my own return & using Collina who is 24yo as example of players I brought through my youth system & have trained as being the oldest of this group.

Totally true what u say. But this is a worldwide behavior and the smallest the nation, the more noticeable it is
Right now all NT has very good players above 28 yo and there is a lack of quality between 23 and 26 yo, thats why I think for friendlies we should Try set u25 matche (both Australia and opponent), to make this transition as smooth as possible.
I see goals at different time intervals.
1. Fight for a spot on wc
2. Play with the best to improve in ranking, even losing against top countries, rating points can be added
3. Find the best for each age, use them and encourage their managers to provide the best possible training
But Still, there should be 1 or 2 very good players for each u21 generation

I agree although not sure about this,
"Whereas U21 is seeing full potential" - even since the first season I took over the NT, which is the strongest team I've had to work with, was still a huge drop from just the season before (see my comparisons I make every season).
What we did manage to do though was stop the free fall that Aus NT was going to take. I do believe once cometer, chile FC, cool runnings, phil, stamford, cisco and tabby get properly up and running (mainly new teams or new to appropriate training), we should start to improve again.
Thankfully teams like yours (DEF), agbell (MID), tribe (Pace) and myself (DEF for seniors, MID for youths), have managed to hold us quite well at a decent 4th bracket level in U21s, add on to this TMP who has returned, ukes who is getting some NT coaching experience of his own and the above mentioned teams, the future is promising

Have sent them through now with comparisons to others who left the U21 squad over the past 5 seasons (plus a few extras that I knew), so that you and the newly elected NT coach know exactly who should be maturing now, and whether they are likely to be for the moment stars, or future long term stars.
Enjoy

Received, thanks. I will take a closer look at it and update the base.
I think we are not here to talk about qualifying for the World Cup, my proposal remains standing to work to form a foundation that is what Australia needs according to my criteria, but whoever wins I wish them luck with their project.
Ok folks

Trappe is due to pop to magical striker soon, at which point I should probably hand him over to someone training pace. Anyone interested?
He may not make it to NT level, but I've given it a go with a couple of striker pops. Waiting for his 2nd pop to confirm talent.
Kyle Trappe, age: 25, height: 176 cm
solid stamina, tragic keeper
formidable pace, good defender
magical technique, solid playmaker
good passing, brilliant striker

I have already sent his skills to all the managers training pace I know.
Tomorrow's my last game as the NT coach. I know I'm not gonna have a place in the Australian hall of fame but want to end my work with a good score.
I already want to thank everyone here for the opportunity to conduct the NT and for the trust you have placed in me. It's been a pleasure to work with you guys. I'm hoping for our efforts to improve to be continued by the next coach as we are still growing in numbers here.

So close to leave a sweeter taste after my work here. Decent game, score could have been better. Something has started working out here lately, shame that last game didn't end with a win.
