I gave up trying to find magical youth coach....either wages too high or spend never-ending amount to get one using the tool.
Anyhoo....Collina popped to formidable (11) tech this week.

Today we lost 6-0 against Cuba. It was a friendly but still....
This time we lost again vs Perú.
It is sad to play so good but our striker dont want to score.
In both matches we were better, we shot more times and chances were better, but luck was once again with Perú, I think we should get all 6 points or at least 4. But losing both matches creating so many chances it is not fair. But this is sk....
As our team is very límite, had to mové some pieces, players like comley and our top striker Jim judd are very bad in form right now, luckily we were able to use again nicole and Hammond. The style that was used yesterday is a different one from the first leg games as now nicole privides more security on the defense line.
For next friendlies I will use a more competitive team, we have a gap of good players between 22 and 25 yo, only 2 o 3 good. Uaing so many youngs had a big cost, 20 points on rating point due to 6 0 loss against Cuba.
I am trrying to reach position above 64 and the idea is to be as close as possible of position 48, this to be on pot 4 for next qualifications, and why not... Pot 3... Altough this must be really difficult not immpossible

well.... we are always so close. Sometimes the problem are the strikers, this time was the defense line. Our defenders are bad on secondary skills, but is what we have and we are figthing hard. Our best defender is actually the onw with lower sum defense+pace but his technique is 9, which makes him do better than the others.
I have been in touch with some managers thar are training DEFs, encouraging to do some tech and PM training , the future seems very good about defenders
Today we used 5 defense line, first time ever in this qualification round, we did very good but there were some gifts from our defenders, still latvija has a very nice wing and a very nice striker which was big advantage for them
About the midfield, as I said at the beggining of the season, this is our strongest point. If you check the mids at the beggining of the season, usually were playing: Comley, Bracken, Lohy, Reynolds, Vasilevsky.
Some of them drop form and we recovered some othe MIDs, now we are using: Nicole, Vasilevsky, Hammond, Braken, Haughland.
We always have 5 mids available due to form, red cards, injuries, is good but still we havent been able to use our best combitation of midfielders
About strikers, I have tried everything, basically we have 4 top strikers, but the best are always low in form, the 4th striker is the one who has better form, I have made different combitations through the qualification phase, we need just the cent!!!
About matches and point I feel we have played very well, dont know if u had chances to see some of them, we have lost most of them by 1 goal, only two of them we lost by 2 goals. We have made it very difficult for the top teams and is a group with very good managers, the good thing is that even losing we have ALWAYS added points to the rating and being able to climb in rank, bad thing is that we lost 20 points in the friendly against Cuba, we used very young prospects losing 6-0.
I feel we are doing a good job, and with some of luck (missing this season) we can put in trouble to Portugal or Bulgary

Keep up the good work mate. Losses happen in World Cup Quali seasons, but the main thing is to put up a good fight.
Sometimes we can only control how many shots we make, and how many we limit them too, and hope that we get treated fairly on the conversion of shots to goals (given most teams, including us, have Divine GK with very high pace, so there should not be any difference due to GK skills)

This time against a great Bulgarian team, as usual we los by 1 goal.
Match was 2-2 until min 87 when they scored the 3rd goal.

Toda we had the match in our pocket and was taken....
This was a friendly match arranged with terrion (ukraine). Match was u27, this to start testing full u27 team for next season. Ukraine allowed us to use 1 free player, the chosen one was the striker tim, as we had no replacement for trappe.
The match was very nice, ukraine attacked more, this was clear as they had better players. I think our best defender is like their worst defender. :p. We managed to reach the opposite goalie in several good options. We were winning 3-1 at min 76 :D.... But..... Then did 1 substitutionnin defense. Out Collin a, in Last. Oh man this was tragic as I wanted to take care of colina as he plays on the quakifications. BUT Last was thinking on his 4 girlfriends... What an awful match, in 12 mitures ukraine passed like If there was not player and scored 3 goals.
D. Last played so bad that his marks in 12 minutes and 3 ukrania goals were 0% both attack and defense hahaha crazy

with this u27 team our stregth is the defense, Still is not as good as some top teams but I see a very nice future.
Our mids are not as good as the ones in the senior team, we dont have any star here but they are winderful, so good that our posesión for this match was 48%.
Our weakness is the attack, we have only 1 striker and he is not someone to take a spot in the senior team, the seco d striker is u21, I think after 2 seasons this u21 striker will take the spot of trappe, but trappe is useful, he scored, he is this kind of players that are not very skillful but they are in the right position, like pipo inzaghi.
And last thing, I feel comfortable, Australia performance was very good, we were winning 3 1 at min 77 as I said before, with 8 points less in rating :)

Great job to put us in a strong position for so much of the match.
I like that you are experimenting with the players to get a bit of an idea of how you want to use them in the future, and generally the results are quite good.

How unlucky that was! Impressive avg marks tho, it looks very nice.
Today's match is a perfect resume of our season. Being able to create good option in front of the gk, wasting all this options, 2 strikers injuried (jim and allan), 1 striker in low form (rob) and just 1 striker for the miracle
Our midfield amazing as usual, If people have seen the match, it would be easy to recognize how well donthey play.
On defense, same as every Weak, our defense is good but low on tech, today, another penalty kick given to the rival, this time tunis just had 1 shot and the other shot was the penalty (gift with a beautiful lace).
It is ok receiving that goal but that quantity of shots (not just heads) from Australia and not being able to score.... God, then why need striker skill??...
I migh show tomoroow a small performance about NT, we managed to play 4 def line and our performance on given goals was almost as the top teams. The team is playing great, we just need 1 striker to be constant on availability and form

And dont just look at the mark, for me sometimes it doesn't tell you the truth,, but look at the other statistics, 20 shots and 74% playing in the ir fieldthe other teams are able to score 4 - 7 times. We just 1 and on the first match only 2 times
It's just an indicator for me showing if the players are progressing. Growing marks tell us that everything's going well, especially when you're using U27 players.
You're totally right saying that marks are not playing. The best example here is Czech Republic winning WC :)
