Asunto: National Team
Victory against Malaysia, Country better ranked than Australia, we used same tactic but as Malaysia plays with very advanced defense, then, we put our defense 1 step back, this to provide room for our mids, so they can do their magic.
We shot 13 times and malaysia shot 5 times. Great for our secure defense.
I hope next season to do this kind of matches, play always with better ranked countries so we can add rating points but also make them loss points, will be easier to climb to their positions. Now we are 64. we reached again pot 4. which will be important for next qualifications. next match will be gainst New Zealand :)
I want to say that renovation has started BUT the priority are the results, some resume:
GKs: 2 Gks U26, for next season our 3rd Gk will be the one that is nou 21 yo
DEF: on tha main team we have 3 U27, one 30 yo and one older (zmire). Zmire si playing less each game, he was playing 90' on qualifications, once the other U25 get on stamina/form, Zmire will be in touch as assitant, not as player, we are very close to have a FULL U27 defense line with players of first quality!
MIDS: Right now we are not using any U27, but no need to worry, we are using 4 very good players between 28 and 30 yo, and our 2 stars: Nicole(35yo) and Hammond (34yo), These "old" guys dont have replacement but of course they are the ones who will start giving time to the U27 players, our U27 MIDS are very good in quality, so, not too much to worry about, they still need more development but they are doing very good.
ATT: Our star is Jim Judd (31 yo) and he will play as much as he can, I hope he finally start improving form. The other strikers are getting old: allan Ng (35yo), Rob Alagich(35yo) and his brother Tim Alagich (34yo). It is hard to select a different player other than these. There are comming some strikers that are not very good. The next best striker is Kyle Trappe who is very slow but I dont really care that, he needs more striker skill and I think vivski is still working on it, Our playing style dont need a super fast striker, but he needs to take good control and good shot inside the area. So Trappe will be our bridge and very useful player in 2 seasons, anyway he will play some matches on the upcomming season, he already played and socored, plus he is 26 yo, so for any U27 tournament he will be our card on attack!!
We had evan singleton but he is already a lost player (18-7-11), he is our waterboy
Our next star will be Julian Trajcevski, achmid has done a great job with this player. He will start playing as soon as he has options
So, this was a small writting about ages and quality of players, I am sure that this season we will start getting better results, we already have our stlyle and nobody can say Australia was an easy opponent, we just need the last puch.

Nice write up, it's always good to hear how we are going and what the future looks like.
We have a real strong group of strikers coming through soon, with Julian Trajcevski just being the first of them. Unfortunately it will still be a number of seasons before the senior team sees them, but we pretty much have Casserly at 21yo, then 5 strikers all vying for a spot at 20yo, Crampton/McConville/Franklin/Greenwood and a couple of others in the younger age groups

I’m still awaiting the birth of my next superstar mid (Preston Hammond is still the benchmark) but will keep on training kids even though I’m fast losing interest in Sokker.
Surely van Gisbergen is that superstar?
Hopefully you enjoy it more with the new updates when they happen. What is it that is causing the interest to wane?

SK is just so repetitive. The new changes might freshen it up I guess, we will see what happens.
Yeah Van G is going to turn out nicely. Not sure he will quite get to Hammond's level.

Looks like spin havent played friendlies for a while. Havent read my sk mail or accepted.
I will looknfor another opponent tomorrow if NZ still don accept

Understandable mate. Really you are the only one left who hasn't had a break from the game, so whilst we all went through exactly what you have, we have also left and come back with a new challenge ahead of us.
It's definitely one of the reasons I have been fighting in the Sokker developers thread (which anyone can join) to have the small nations all combined in to one competition. Sokker has already lost too many top managers like yourself due to not having a challenge, so whilst the game is no different as such, because the competition is lacking, it feels like you don't really have a goal with the buying/selling/training/pulling.

I totally agree about those ideas like country merge, there are another good ideas to make tha game more balanced, in Colombia we are kind of strong now due to whatsapp, but forum is dead.
This game has to change some things as agbell say, it is very repetitive, needs more international games for clubs, also you spend most of your time just trying to buy a player, bids shoukd be kind of blind so you just make your offer and it doesnt matter in what time zone you are, just the highest bid win, this will remove advantage to europe and allso remove big dissadvantage to east asia.
So, I hope this community start growing if people in change apply good improvement to the game, otherwise bye bye. Just as example, we are on elections time and many NT dont have candidates

Guys, looks like there is not gonna be Asian Cup this season, then just in case, I have enrolled for Copa America
I think our issues would be solved largely if we received our fair share of income from sponsorship and gate receipts. Merged countries would do that for us pretty quickly as the top tiers would be stable and active enough that we’d be improving our teams as quick as bigger leagues. That’s the number one issue atm. The number 2 issue is the turn zone factor but I could live with it if we had the same income opportunities as bigger nations. Fix both of those issues and I think it would be a far better experience
As I said at the beggining of the season. I bring how was the performance this season, some highlights:
1. Added 165 ranking points
2. Climbed 4 positions on world rank, now we are 64 (pot4)
3. In 16 matches, we played 13 with countries higher ranked and 3 with lower rank
4. 23 goals scored in 16 matches: average 1.44
5. 32 goals received in 16 matches. Average 2.0. If we totally remove the game against Cuba it would be 26/15=1.73. Just keep the numbers you want
6. On WC preliminaries: average scored=1.4. Average received=2.0
7. We added rating points in 10 matches, so were better than expected even losing against top teams (minimum score)
8. We lost rating points in 6 matches, some of them, my mistake against Cuba, both matches against Peru where we were better and the final draw against Tunis (we shot 21 times, 1 goal, Tunis shot 1 time + 1 penalty).

Shame this guy had so much time spent on pace training.
Doubt he will ever be good enough to play for the Senior NT now, but thought I'd post here for nerozurro to comment as well. Of those that have left the U21 team, Dan Worthy was 6th best, so I expect Van G, Brosque, Curcija, Hill and Prince (4 of those 5 I know are being trained well), to be ahead of this guy anyway.
Daniel Worthy, age: 23
club: PPW FC, country: Australia
value : 1 452 000 AU$
wage: 16 240 AU$
magical form
brilliant tactical discipline
height: 188 cm, weight: 93.1 kg, BMI: 26.34
bookings:
solid stamina hopeless keeper
divine pace solid defender
outstanding technique very good playmaker
excellent passing adequate striker

Thanks a lot achmid, well, actually he could be saved if he is trained as wing, it means tech and passing to brilliant and as much as he can in PM, but he is already very advanced, similar to singleton, top pace but no more; still Daniel is better
Guys, we need wings!!! we have 2 good guys that can work as wing, Lohy and Vasilevsky, 29 years old. But after 3 seasons we will be short of this
Last match was against Argentina, U27 match, our rating was 61.3, Argentina's rating was 70.5; we managed to lose only 1-0. Our GK had a great night, the bad thing is that the goal came from one of our players, he was on the left side, got the ball and just gave the ball to the argeninian that was almost alone on the penalty kick, if the pass would have come from an argentinian player, it would have been outside
41 minute.
Bailey cleverly intercepts the pass. Bailey makes a sublime pass. Calbullahue approaches the ball. Calbullahue takes a swing and hits it...
GOOOAAAAAAL!!!
Argentina - Australia 1:0
WTF hahaha
about the players you mention: Van G, Brosque, Curcija and Prince played in the last match. Additional we had as mids: Boutsianis, R. Dunn
Julian played as triker 90 mins!!
Our defense is very good, we used 4 defenders and Sam Worthy who is the 5th defender played as MID DEF, as Nicole usually does. I will use this defenders even in no limit age matches, but adding G. Ghannam (31 yo) as we need still his secondary skills, he will be our experienced guy on defense.
Next match we are playing against Azerbayan, full team, no age restrictions. Azerbayan defeated Polska in the last match and they are going to the WC, as always we will show the beautiful australian game
so far this is the schedule. I mailed the new NZ coach a week ago but never got reply
Week 02: Argentina U27
Week 03: Azerbayan
Week 04: Spain
Week 05: Hayastan
Week 06: Russia
Week 07: Severna Makedonija

We are starting slowly a renovation, I will not include all young players this season, but they will start playing one by one each match, so far we have on our NT some U24 players
A Brosque - 22yo
B. Georgio - 22 yo
J. Martinovic - 22 yo
J. Trajcevski 22 yo
D. Stephenson - 23 yo
J. V Gisbergen - 23 yo
B. Hoang - 24 yo
E. Prince - 24 yo
All these guys have played at least one match in the last season, I have some more U24 on the list to include on the NT but it will be on the right time, I need free spots, next guys that will leave the NT might be Allan Ng, K Zmire, A. Barker, E. Singleton. But first I must be sure we wont need them again
