Asunto: National Team
Score line was harsh. Should have been at least 2 probably 3. Excellent start though. I have no idea what Ireland were trying to do tactically mind you but you took advantage of it.
Surprised with a few selections you made but can’t complain with a 18-1 shot count.

Great start mate. The main thing is the 3 points, but you definitely deserved more goals.
The first match is always the hardest when getting used to players. You did very well
Look forward to the next one

Alright guys, summary time :)
------------------------------------------------------
Australia - Ireland 1:0
Before the match I was expecting at most a draw, after watching first half I was pretty sure that we will lose, but final result surprised us all.
Before match analysis:
I watched Ireland previous games and found out that they are either playing really wide (2 wingers) or with 3ATT who are packed next to each other. So I decided to use a stadium trick and selected one of the narrowest available, with good pitch condition and no matches on Sunday (I hope agbell You ain't mad at me for that :D). Another thing was utilizing DM role in case of tactic switch to 3ATT, so our DEF's could take their assigned positions.
After match analysis:
- Shoot/goal conversion rate was bad (18 shoots 1 goal), so this is something that I will have to look upon (maybe forwards were shooting from too far?)
- IMO there are some positioning issues that I'll need to fix for a match against Nederland
Man of a match: William English [37938594] - if not him, this match could have ended in more scored goals on our side
------------------------------------------------------
Thank You all for comments and sk@ I received after match with Your observations, I really appreciate that :)
I also read discussion on Ireland forum - sometimes is best to not comment at all...
Next week we are playing against Ghana - match that we are expected to win. Of course I'll approach this match with a respect and dignity for Ripper, but given this NT player base it may be difficult to lose this match for us. It will also be a training ground for a match that will take in week after that - we will be playing against Nederland (which surprisingly won against Belgium 2:1).
Until next time!

And one more thing, I'll be moving some players in and out from NT. There is an urban legend that players in NT heal injuries faster, therefore I'll try to help all our players/prospects with that :)
Good Day to You!
As I see in this training session NT prospects had plenty of pops, few players in their prime had pops in their side skills, but sadly few also had drops in their skills. One player in particular, who sadly will be losing his spot in NT because of that. Trajacevski dropped in GK down to 0 :(
Jokes aside, I'm prepping team for a match against Ghana. Ain't gonna risk injury for our top tier players, so some choices may be sub-optimal for this match. Currently there are 13 injured players in my DB, all of them applied in NT (testing urban legend with faster recovery). Diggins is expected to return from injury tomorrow, so I hope his form will go up for a match against Nederland :)

Diggins has had weak or worse form for 6-8 seasons now. Amazed he started rising in form last season.
Tomorrow we play our second match in WCQ season against Ghana (currently ranked 97th). Bunch of statistics :)
Last time Australia and Ghana faced each other was in S36, both matches won :) Similarly we are winning in friendly matches
The_Ripper is their coach this season, who took this NT by account creation date. Previously spend 3 seasons in Tunis U21. While this account looks fresh, he for sure have some experience on previous accounts, which he usually proves during discussions. Also have a great understanding of Sokker Asistente, something that I consulted with him :) We never faced each other on NT level. I have a lot of respect for Ripper, but in this match we are expected to win.
Something about their stars:
Derek Paakuna [37349623] - their greates star, GK that is playing at ~90 marks. However he will not play in this match, due to injury
Abdul Dogbe - looking at the stats he can play either as a MID or DEF with ~60 marks. Currently their second best player value wise
After checking studio we can find out that Fans Expectations are "Your supporters are sure of an easy win in this match. " and I have same thoughts. I'll be using some suboptimal players to decrease injury chances of our best players before match with Nederland. Also I'll try some changes tactics wise (offensive side).
Match will take place at 2pm server time, so in case of injuries in America I'll have plenty of time to replace player. I'll write match summary tomorrow at similar time like this message.

So I just watched first half of a match and I would say that changes worked well. Hope in second match against Ghana Trajacevski will be in similar shape to have a proper send off from NT:)
In upcoming week we will be facing Nederland. I'm open to any feedback related to tactics (both mine and Nederland's coach) since this match may be crucial for our WCQ group. There will be some other news on Monday, since tomorrow I have IRL appointments that will take most of my day :)

Good day to You!
As I saw training session went well for our senior team players, so this is something that makes me happy :) Tomorrow we face much stronger opponent Nederlands. As usual bunch of statistics or observations:
Last time Australia and Nederlands faced each other was in S65 and we won after penalties :) From history point of view this was our first victory over them. Other than than our stats are not looking too shaby.
De Generaal - Nederlands SK legend. He is leading their NT consequently since S39! On his thophy shelf one can find World Cup (S43), Silver medal (S53) and other WC participations reward. During this run De Generaal did not qualified once to WC (S54). We never faced each other on NT level, so I'm going to approach this match as a huge learning step for me.
Something about their stars:
Maceo Kemper [37514732] - MID in his prime, playing at astounding 85 marks, top form. Hope that he ain't gonna have as much impact as he had in match against UAE and Belgium
<Here I wanted to include some GK> - but RN they have 5 keeper who are at 90+ mark and top form. So I assume there will be usuall 46 minute substitute to use fresh keeper of their side ;)
After checking studio we can find out that Fans Expectations are "Your supporters hope the team won`t bring them too much shame in this match.. " and my thoughts are 70% for Nederlands/15 % draw/15% for Australia. I watched recent matches to analyze their ATT positioning and set our DEF's accordingly. I hope it ain't gonna be a disaster...
Match will take place at 9am server time and since I recently gad some obligations early that morning I'll be able to switch any injuried players form Americas.
Starting eleven is not yet decided and tactics wise I still have some doubts, but I plan to finish that before midnight. Summary will be available on monday!
Until next time!
EDIT: 22:15 I guess I've done best I could given current circumstances. Lets go :)

First impression: this match we player against 12 players on a field. And that player was me and my tactics choice for this match. If only I would play a bit more aggressive, then this match could have ended in a draw. But still I'm content with 2:3 result
