I'll try to answer your questions in summary :)
I've led 2 seasons Bulgarian youth national team , 1 season Serbia youth national team and 5 seasons Bulgarian men national team. In Bulgaria communication is done in a closed forum - Bulgarian Football Union.
We have adopted a closed forum because we discuss tactics for the upcoming match and the players who will play. As immodest as it may sound - in Bulgaria are gathered some of the best tacticians in soccer which is evidenced by the achievements of our small country. We have about 20 active users who are top level and everyone's opinion counts. At the last world championship the teams led by Bulgarians made a furore :) ... In our forum there have been discussions about the lineup and scheme for the upcoming match, which been going on all week :)
Basically I always lead the teams two to three seasons. In my opinion, that is the optimal time for a coach to get the most out of a team. After that a break is needed...
Unfortunately I haven't communicated with Australian users so far. I don't recall having coached any Australian players. In Bulgaria mainly active users train Bulgarian players. Maybe this is the secret of our success. We build our best players from a young age - we don't sell them for money and so we don't allow them to be trained incorrectly and ruin the player's career. Smaller countries with more modest opportunities need to retain their players. Especially the most talented!!!

3) How do you plan to leave the NT in a better position than when you took over it? This doesn’t have to be results wise or database wise (it can if you feel strongly) but I’m interested in what can you provide that by the end of your tenure you can actually say I helped by x

4) What can you give back to users that voted for you to potentially make their sokker experience better?

5) How will you support the u21 management/development if at all? Or are you going to solely deal with the seniors?

Here are my answers :

My main is goal is to give you money (unearthly or incredible joke ?)...
Well, i register Australia to play the Mini WC which is always a fun competition. It will give time to disover the strengh and weakness of the players and prepare the future season with best tactics with that players. I hope to win this competition even if it is easy to say. I never come to be defeated. After this competition, i would try to play at least one strong team, maybe i'll ask for France for instance and try to get a victory.

2) As a NT manager what are the responsibilities that you feel you sign up for?
I like to see evolution of players and thus, i like to dream to see the future U21 integrating the NT.

3) How do you plan to leave the NT in a better position than when you took over it? This doesn’t have to be results wise or database wise (it can if you feel strongly) but I’m interested in what can you provide that by the end of your tenure you can actually say I helped by x
mangol did a great job. My aim to follow in this way and try to qualify Australia to the next WC nothing less. Ranking position will follow in this way.

4) What can you give back to users that voted for you to potentially make their sokker experience better?
If Aussies need help to decide in which way to optimize training for NT, i'd be please but for sure, most of managers with best players are experienced and know very well the game. As i will not know who had voted for me, i'll talk to every manager in the same way.

5) How will you support the u21 management/development if at all? Or are you going to solely deal with the seniors?
Training players is first dedicated to its own team, then if someone decide to train as he wants, i'll tell my opinion but will respect his choice. My only answer will be that his player can't reach NT at the end. Nothing else. Then, with U21, i will not interfere with the coach who will know how he wants to manage his team. I will only exchange with hi, if he wants, once each season to know which future stars can reach NT in the future to enter in contact with the managers to know their training plans and imagine the future strengh and weakness of the NT.

Bulgaria is a small country, the people are poor ... it is a sin to ask poor people for money :))))))

Next season should be looking to climb the rankings. The optimistic option is to be able to move the team to the third stream. It won't be easy. The gap to 48th place is large.
Even if we don't manage to get into the third stream it's not the end. With a good draw the chances remain.
I'll be honest with you... I can't do bases,I can't be an admin. What I can do is line up tactics and think strategically. When I leave as national coach one day I will have moved the team up the rankings so that at least the next two coaches can think about qualifying for a world championship. Personally, I think I can qualify Australia for the World Championships in the next two cycles.
Just qualifying Australia for the World Cup will be the most awesome experience for any user in the country ...that's what I think...
I think it would be disrespectful to interfere in the work of the youth national team coach.But whenever I am asked for my opinion on tactics or the development of a youngster I will always be available.

Hello, many of you already know me here because I was coach of Australia several years ago. My name is Carlos Castillo, I am 40 years old and I am Venezuelan and I have been playing in Sokker since 2006. I have had a long track record at the national team level in different national teams such as (Dominican Republic, Dominican Republic U21, Guatemala, Guatemala U21, Ghana, Venezuela, Australia, Israel, Andorra, Costa Rica and Canada). I am the current coach of Canada but this is my last season in charge of the Canadian national team. My best performance at the national team level was qualifying Venezuela for a World Cup and being the first coach to manage to take Venezuela to the Quarterfinals of a World Cup. Here I answer some of the questions asked.

1) If elected what would be your main goal for the season? What is realistic and what is something you can aim for but might be a bit out of reach?
Australia is a team ranked 59. The main thing would be to look for friendlies that help us raise this ranking thinking about future qualifiers.

2) As a NT manager what are the responsibilities that you feel you sign up for?
Every technician who takes on a selection has the responsibility of doing the best job possible, taking into account the limitations that said selection may have.


3) How do you plan to leave the NT in a better position than when you took over it? This doesn’t have to be results wise or database wise (it can if you feel strongly) but I’m interested in what can you provide that by the end of your tenure you can actually say I helped by x
The idea is to raise the ranking of the national team and try to do well in the next World Cup qualifiers. Likewise, if the Asian Cup is held, we will try to do well in that competition.


4) What can you give back to users that voted for you to potentially make their sokker experience better?
As a coach, I will know what the weaknesses of the team are and the idea is that the community is aware of which players we need to train so that in the future we can have a stronger team.

5) How will you support the u21 management/development if at all? Or are you going to solely deal with the seniors?
My main focus is on the Senior National Team, but if the U21 Coach wants to work with me, I would be willing to work with him.

The U21 Coaches have the job of notifying the Senior National Team Coach of the players who have the greatest potential to be Starters in the NT in the Future.
