Asunto: National Team
Thanks :) Hope it works out :) I noticed some things , which I need to fix , but it will be done in the next days. Today I got a bit more pissed off after the positive emotions with the national team , my most promising youngster got a 25 days injury :( I'm very angry :( It's a one level difference right now :(

After a game like that I don't even want to talk... The game was under 26 + 2 over 26. Considering the weaker midfield line in players of that age , I decided to use Renaud and Sutton. Chile had a unique success rate against a keeper with 18 keeping. I can't explain it... Although, they played with a striker with a 5,3 value seems too much to me. The defense didn't do well today either. However, until the 60th minute the game was very even. Then a few uncalled goals fell and it was all over.
I hope to pick up to the next game and get revenge for today. I believe the team can do much more. If we start scoring, things will work out.

In future still quite some seasons ahead we have quality MIDs coming age 19 to 21..... Jay Sekulovski, Danny Boutsanis, Jake Livermore, Brodie Galan, Van Steeden are all pure quality. Close to world class all 5 of them. But only 2 top quality strikers.... Defs is somewhat covered, there are for sure stars there...
Could you maybe look at the database for 22-24 yo strikers, and tell what the situation is there, just for the curious ones.... :)

Page 522 there is a good run down on ATT that I made, just to make sure noone that I knew about were missed
Or well, 2 atts with 3x17 potential, 3-4 with 3x16 potential..... guess its somewhat decent, if just a single or two 22-23 yo top striker exist, then it will be exciting in 6 to 11 seasons from now
Just read it, looks a bit as a drought on strikers next 3-4 seasons. But after that, we should be fine.
Yeah it definitely gets stronger again but you know, if players were near a pop or had a great talent and trained well, they may not have been identified as a future star at that single point in time and be quite good moving forward
I know what's coming underneath. Some of the younger ones I've already called into the team. The problem is that we need strikers for the World Qualifiers to help us qualify for the World Cup. These strikers must have achieved their best at the World Cup itself. If we miss this cycle, some of our best defenders and midfielders will no longer be part of the squad for the next cycle. And these are players we would find it hard to replace with younger ones.
Vampyr has a full production line of Aus strikers. I have a couple of promising 22yo too.
Yeah. When it comes to strikers, I think we're safe for another 10-15 seasons. Zdrilic, Bonetig and Beldham are already knocking to the senior squad door despite their young age. Not mentioning Shipley and Crews who are almost on the top. Waite and McLaren will surely follow as well in a few seasons.
I wish you no injuries and develop them as quickly as possible! As we say in Bulgaria - we need urgently for yesterday :)
Uruguay & Canada
After two weeks, I was able to pay more attention to the team's games. Sorry, but I have some family commitments right now and now it's Easter holidays in Bulgaria.
For the game against Uruguay - they totally outplayed us. Very strong team, especially in attack. We couldn't counter either with defensive back,or higher press. This was definitely the strongest opponent I have played against with the Australian team.
Against Canada we deserved the victory, but again a goal in added time deprived us of it. Still we played well. The good news is that Terje has recovered from injury. The good news is that two of our best midfielders - Renaud and Schofield - will be ready for the next game after injuries. Last but not least - we have made good progress with our younger players. Crews can now play wing tactics. He has a chance to pick up two more levels of technique by the start of the qualifiers, which will make him a holder in the tactics without a winger. This also applies to Shipley. Morgan moves very well after them as well. One level technique and one level goal to pick up would be super. Zdrilic - only technique...Let's hope they keep themselves injury free,a lot of key players have been hit by injuries in recent weeks.
Regarding the midfield, there are a few players who are moving very well. Bulloch - 26yrs old - good to train on passing only until he gets to 16. Chen - must speed, while he has time. Then technique. I see him as Australia's winger of the future. If he only trains on the left by the end of 26 I think he will become a super winger. Jayanthi - I think by the end of 26 you need to practice pace and technique. Two levels of speed and three levels of technique can be achieved. That would make him a pretty good choice for the team.
There are a couple of guys on defense that need very little as well. Travis Marsh - he should be given a little more pass rush and play time to become a national team player. Maka Langdon - it's clear here - pick up the pace to 17 and then pass. Jirra Haines - pace to 17 and then technique and passing. Ace Franklin - defense to 17 and then technique and passing. It's good for defenders once they get to 2x17 to get 3-4 more drills in on the fundamentals to get to near 17.5.
There are a few younger guys who will also be great additions for the future.
It's up to each individual to decide what to coach for their players. What I have suggested are just guidelines and wishes. According to this the players will be properly developed.

Family definitely needs to take priority and this is a challenging time of year to balance everything
Makes sense as I was surprised to see Schofield play despite being SI.
Hopefully you have some matches we can win lined up for the rest of the season. As I said at the start of the season, wins are more important when raising ranking (as long as you don't go super low rank) rather than trying to take points off similar or higher ranked teams
