random. That's the best I can give, as really there is no guarantee what he'll be like, except that he'll most likely have more skill points distributed in total then a lower level and that the maximum skill you'll get is an excellent.

wouldn't be so sure, may be more, may be less, depending on sub-skills and stamina as stamina sucks away more than 1 for 1 ratio it seems anyway.

All that is certain is that it's an incredible and won't come out with a skill higher than excellent or stamina higher than good.

yeah it sucks, coz stamina seems to take away about 1.4x that of other skills, but also trains approximately 5 time as fast, so really its like taking 7 skills for the price of 1 :'(

Go take a look at the "Juniors List" Forum.

They have a heap of players at roughly the same level in each thread so it will give you a good idea of the overall level and range of quality you can expect.
