Asunto: State Cup - S13 - Bug/Ideas

I'm fairly happy with the way it went...
I'd say I'm up to organise one again next year starting week8 again but I need some feedback bearing in mind there's no chance I can make everybody happy!

I'm sorry again for those who missed training on a few occasions, but there was a rule there to prevent it and I cant be hold resposible for people not login in anymore...

I'm well open to some feedback on any aspects whether it is the format, the teams involved, the initial draw, the number of teams per state or numbers of state... anything to make it easier or more fun is welcome... anything that went wrong in your opinion needs to be heard too...

This season went really well and hopefully next season if it is run again we may be able to have ACT and TAS as separate teams.

I think team sizes really depend on how many people sign up to it before the start of the season. I think the draw in the finals shouldn't be based on ranking points, but rather how many teams they had won throughout the tournament as this is much more indicative of the strength of their "training" team.

I dont have a problem with it... and since I make the rules it's a possibility!
why not having NZ as a 6th state... you kiwi are in V8, NRL and A-League in RL so why not...
plus I think we have foreign team with us already...
I'm sure it would contribute to the banter!

Would probably get enough teams to fill as well, i'll propose the idea back home.

I like your idea about the draw for the finals... it makes sense cause there's a few teams around who havent got enough players and field a strong team while the majority of us dont...

Just a recap to keep this post going... nice to see the % of happy people vs unhappy people!

- Draws for the final to be done according to results of the round robin (Achmid Rules)
- Cup System for the finals to avoid potential draws (Cometer Rules)

Are we all happy to let NZ enter the comp as a 6th state? or would you consider a team made of the regular foreigners that polute our forum every week (Barilla, Borkos, Mr Spongy...). I mean there's nothing telling me they would all be interested but It would simplify it for me as it would rules out byes! I know NZ is interested in a bit of banter though...
