I am using Sokker Manager and it's suddenly become unuseable. Can't find an INT thread to help, can anyone point me in the right direction? I suspect it's an offseason issue or something to do with the new SK prettiness.

When I have imported new date (as per usual) the only data that comes in is new players/youth. My old player info doesn't show up. I suspect I needed to update something in the app over the offseason?

then i have seriously no idea whats happening.... worst comes to worst you'd just have to reinstall
i've had it happen to me before, but i can't remember how i solved it... i think it magically disappeared after sometime...
you might want to try and pm guacamole too

you've missed a week somewhere. Until you locate what week you missed and add it in and then manually fix up when they popped (hopefully the week missed wasn't too long ago) you'll end up only getting a certain small amount. At least that's what it looks like from your description.

Ok. That sounds quite logical given I have just returned from a three week holiday. So how do I manually fix it?

well work out the weeks and dates when each player popped and note that down, since you've got plus you should be able to work that out for each player ;). That's the first thing to do. Junior pops included, although those you've pulled might not matter too much as all it will be will be slightly inaccurate but if you've sold them on, it doesn't matter too greatly. Ofcourse if you don't care about accuracy then this entire step can be ignored.
2nd note which weeks you're missing in sokker manager app.
3rd - Click show players button
4th - Click add week button, and select the week to add.
5th - This is perhaps where it starts to get a bit fiddly. Things will be added which show all total pops (like you're last week so you have to manually impute these using the edit player button).
So for each player, click on the player then click edit player, or else you could just click edit player and cycle through the players.
6th - You should notice a bottom box for each player with stat details. You'll need to check against when they popped and for every week you've had to add get the corresponding week by clicking on the arrow icon, and then changing the skill in the drop down box to what it was meant to be at that particular week.
7th - Repeat this for each player and for each week missed until it's back where it's supposed to be.
If you've got to here this is where you decide to have a quick break :p.
8th - Now you need to fix up training data, so click weekly player training button followed by training history. (This is assuming you've got the latest version, but older versions should have something very similar). For each week missed, add the week with what you trained.
9th - Now for the juniors. Open up the juniors button on the main page, and then basically do the same procedure as you did for the players, although juniors is somewhat easier as you're only dealing with 1 potential pop increase rather than 8 potential pops.
Then after all that's entered if when you've re-opened the application players are still missing, re-download the latest week's data, hopefully before the next training update and then it should be back to normal, although a few things like values, forms etc will probably be incorrect for certain weeks but realistically who's going to care if the form or value was incorrect in past weeks ;).
A quite frustrating process, even more frustrating when you've missed a large number of weeks. The biggest issue you'll have though is if those missed weeks were outside the normal range of plus graphs. Then getting accuracy back is rather difficult unless you've kept manual records and you might need to lose the accuracy and just keep going from there but in the worst case at least you'll still have most of the information and all your player and junior data back but with a few weeks inaccurate data in there.
Hope this helps and fixes your problem.
