3-1 no injuries and no cards.

I'm glad I played the people I did as the Raging Parabolas had all the good chances in the first 30 minutes or so. I don't think the tactic I used today will get much more use, a number of problems in defense that almost cost me dearly.

It's nice to make it through another round using my 2nds, and it's also good to see a couple of upsets in there, it means there are still teams coming up through the ranks in Australia

I want a bye now :(. Once again into the 5th round without conceding a goal. Think I make that 4 times in a row and 5 times in a row making the 5th round. I don't like the prospects of making yet another 5th round exit so I'm hoping I don't draw TMP,Losers,TFATF or Cumlionibus. Preferably Tupp United or Taigum Terriers.

There's some good games in that draw... The Comets had their wish exauced... let's see if they can get the monkee of their back!

jkhtong1 has got to be contemplating buying a lottery ticket with that match up. A great possibility to make the final 8.

Reasonably happy with Taigum Terriers, played them twice last season so I'd be hopeful my duck will be broken but stranger things have happened.

Losers v TBF along with TMP v FCM and to some extent SLTFTF v Roar appear to be the matches of the round.

Damn TBF again. Hopefully i can go 1 better than losing on penalties last season.

Can I overcome this curse I've had over the past 4-5 seasons. Down to just over 15minutes before kickoff and we'll be able to see ;).

Also in the event I do win, will 3 sides above me lose so I avoid having to potentially take on an A League side until the semis.

Tbh, the only players who weren't my 1st XI are my strikers and has been the case the entire time. In saying that though that makes 6 seasons I've dominated the game only to get screwed.

For the record 1/6 penalties for me went in.

They scored 3/4.

I had 17 shots at goal, could only score from a flukey long shot, they get 5 (mostly from outside the area, but 1 from inside and they score).

The game truly hates me.

I see Chelsea got up with the much fewer shots lol. Game's a joke sometimes, really is.

At the same time I'm having a good laugh, so it's all worth it, maybe next time I should put all 11 in the corner and hope I get the win ;).

As a defense trainer winning with fewer shots/possession isn't unusual at all.

It seems unusual to me considering Cumlionibus is a Defence trainer too.. With Pilic/Prentice/Ricoy in their backline...?

Haha yeah, that's not trying to be harsh but considering as a defense trainer you're not meant to give away shots either ;). I'm just frustrated I keep getting the wrong end of the scoreline every season :).
