Yep. Cometer is right. Every match at this level is so closely contested. I want to kick everyone's ass. My boys will be preparing for this match just like any other match... drinking whiskey and filing their studs to sharp points ;)

25th minute... an absolutely amazing through ball, longer than half the pitch, landing at the feet of my striker inside the box, 1v1 against the keeper... the keeper won.

Tribe strikers had some shockers early on, which they should have put away, but in the end, it didn't matter.

Yeah some comical misses for both sides.

The miss for each of my strikers on 6 minutes from point blank range had me wondering if it was going to be one of those games, but fortunately we converted some later in the first half. Particularly fortunate as we didn't generate many chances in the second half.

Bacak gave me some problems down his wing, resulting in Tong's goal. Kamionek's finish there was good, and his free kick had plenty of heat on it, but those were the only two shots he could get off for the match.

Hard to believe just how many fumbles there were on the day. I know it was raining, but wow, some absolutely fantastic positions for both sides were wasted by a poor first touch.

Oh yeah, your 1-man off-side trap worked better than I expected, especially in the second half. Dangerous, but surprisingly effective.

Great result for PRT / TFATF.

Have to wait 'til tomorrow to see if I get an open game against PRT in their 60k stadium, or do I go up against the defensive juggernaut that is Achmid's Soul at their 50k stadium?

A tidy win for me but another key injury leaves me without three of my best players for the next league and cup matches :(

Sokker just doesn't want him to play, just got back from being suspended and now out injured. That hurts so badly. I had the opposite work for me, came back from injury then gets suspended :(.

A strong performance by PRT (I'm gonna keep calling them that, because it's shorter and it's their original name). Is it just me or has that 3-3 type formation starting to be used by a few more teams lately ;). Certainly is an effective tactic if used appropriately :).

It's close between Achmid and Chelsea in the ranking but my guess is Tribe and Chelsea will land the top two seeds as today's result won't allow Achmid to overtake Chelsea... unless the Cup seeding is based on the ranking from last season (too lazy to check previous draws at this point...)

It looks fairly open to me... it might go to PK if Tribe and Achmid get to play each others!

still based on position this season, next season the ranking points take effect. Won't matter much anyway, Chelsea finished higher than Achmid last season ;).

This next cup week will definitely be interesting. I don't want to take you or chelsea on, or even PRT, lets just make 4 trophies ey ;)

And as far as not wanting players to play, my striker just got back from injury, and got an SI. Thankfully it wasn't a full blooded injury. If I get lucky and both my SI's I received today are short, I may actually be able to field a full lineup on Sunday

There are 4 trophies, just different colours and 1 worth more then the rest ;).

If anyone have any doubt about the importance of goalkeepers watch the cup game I had. If you do not have a lot of time just watch the first 15 minutes.

That I only scored 3 and that TBF didn't score is just unbelievable!

Also happy my new tactic made especially for TBF worked :)
