Asunto: S14 - State Cup Registration

It's this time of the year again where we're gonna try to get this thing going.
This season a few changes will occur mainly to the format to try to make the competition more attractive as well as easier to manage for myself (Vivski recently pulling out due to connection problem, he has brought some good ideas while involved so I thank him for that).

The format has changed as this season there are no limits as how many teams a State can enter. The trick is only the 3 best finishing teams will score points for their state towards the State Cup.
The idea is that every team entering the Cup will be ranked at the end of the competition and points will be awarded relating to the final standing. In a word nothing will be decided until the last game!

The adopted format will largely depend on how many teams will registered, however a 16, 24 or 32 teams competition will largely have my favour as far as the draw is concerned. Any format will have every teams involved playing until the last week of the competition whether they're out of the State Cup running or not as we will define a complete final ladder in order to attribute points and crown the State Champion.

Thanks to Minkee for organising this comp again, looking forward to it! Unfortunately I will be largely without access to sokker for the best part of 4 weeks. I can certainly help with the running of the comp once everything is hooked up at the new place.
This format is looking good. Everyone participates, the larger states are rewarded for having more participants but the smaller states are not out of the running.

The Cup might need you in 4 weeks time if I'm busy sorting my own situation (importing US goods is not the best practice nowadays...).
