Substitute player does not come out. The player can not get the training if he is not sold in the coach.

Thanks alot for votes, friends.So, i'm glad to be here again.It will be a difficult season for us, with a though WCQ group to play and few friendlies when my first job will be to make a young aussie team to be more competitive and to go forward on rankings.For greater results i need more time, we need to train together, work together and play together.
I like this country and i never forget my past successes here, i try my best to recover our lost time to be better on future like our actually ranking shows.
First i will make our calendar and i ask every possible U21 NT player's holders about updates, will be the job more better knowing the players skills.

PS:Also, the team is ready for first WCQ match of us vs.ChileU21, today i work with tactics.

Going from 62-th ranking place we started WCQ just fine, winning against Chile U21(rank 36-th) with 1-0, Lucas Vangelovski scoring for us.

Great start. Our ranking will rise in no time! And hopefully people will underestimate us not realising how strong we actually are

Tonight we try some new players, its just a friendly, we need to protect some important players and to try others.
