Looks like Dave Comley who is currently on Transfer Announcements, it being wasted as a fast nothing. They don't appear to be training primaries, or if they are, he hasn't had much training in them.

It's going to be hard for him to get any primaries high enough to be the beast he was meant to be.
It looks like all skills have just random popped up over the years, and just pace being trained. Maybe a level of tech but that's it.

I wanted to buy him back from his owner and train def to the end but he said a very high price like 12 mln euros...

Yeah, the first time the person said how much he wanted, I thought he was making a joke. It is so far far far far above what he is worth, I just don't see where he gets his figure from.

My theory is he will just end up dying at that team, because the owner will keep holding out until it is too late, before eventually selling as a wasted 24yo player with no primary over incredible.

Yes, if you are looking to train our u21 players, definitely helps. We are a tiny community & as I've only just returned to SK, with my youth team being weeks old....I am a few seasons away from producing any u21 players.
If I can buy a 19-20yo Aus player to help training, I will....but not if it comprimises my overall squad build. :)

Thanks for your support
I saw my friend from sk who train one of the small country too. He is training 5 season already and now we can see his contribution to the expansion of the team.

I'm also able to sacrifice my reserve team for train young u21 players but I must be sure that I can stay with this team for few next seasons...

I think really I'm the only one showing interest in the youths at present who the community may vote over you, and I am not planning on running next season.

Hopefully you continue to learn and you start getting better and better results.

If you decide to train Aus youths that is great. It gives you more say in how players are trained to make the team stronger, and would see you be more favourable in any communities eyes (training youths for that community), but it won't ever guarantee being voted for.

But as I said, reading the current landscape, I can't see why you wouldn't get voted in next season

I must say I am surprised not to see Bailey in the U21 team after it was said in another thread that he was one of the top 4 defenders, and is in divine form, And one of those other 4 defs was playing mid thus making even more room for Bailey.

Just as I'm surprised not to see Wood as the back up Keeper instead of Haines as Haines last time I checked had 2 levels less in pace (one level more in keeper) and a lot less in passing.

With Bailey being one of the top 4, I expect Reynolds wouldn't be far off either, as he has the same def level, but a few levels down on pace.

I'm certainly more than happy to help with team selection if I could access the updated skills. See if we can't turn things around from the 2-6 record this season.

Some interesting information.

Origin of players within the U21 squad are as follows:

Achmids Soul - 9
Chelsea FC - 8
WA - 2
Melbourne Mongrels - 1
Tribe - 1
Pegasus - 1

It's a little disappointing that we don't see more from pegasus and cisco given how long they have played the game, and they still chime in with the odd comment on the forums.

I expect to see Mongrels really start to grow over the coming seasons which should make our squad 25-50% stronger.

I don't really see any other managers around at present, but hopefully if any do read this, if you do have a team, even if you don't play much, make a youth school of 30, hire a coach (Formidable is very cheap, but even incred is pretty cheap) and just promote and sell whenever you get online. It will really help the Aus NT out

My 47yo Brill youth coach is on 41k wage, so quite happy with that.
12 youths atm, but will gradually increase the numbers.
Being picky for now & concentrating on quality....best of the bunch are a 16 & 17yo, both solid @ 20 weeks, but too early to know talent.

Nice one. Quality is definitely more important that quantity. Would recommend doing the excel sheet every month or so with so few to make sure they appear to be of decent talent (I tend to keep in youth school for about 10 weeks before deciding).

I actually dont do it every month, but the times I do do it, I dont judge those under 10 unless it is very obvious
