I'm interested to see what you have, although anything I have listed is based on known skills rather than value (as we all know value doesn't mean a lot for the exact reason you have already pointed out).
So whilst I'm still not sure what that has to do with anything I have posted in the past hour or so, I'm interested to see whether I have somehow overlooked any decent or future Australian player in my search and messages I have been requesting over the past few days

Certainly an interesting formula to show value based on any form. Thankfully I do have all those players, with only 2 not being updated in skills (one the owner hasn't answered me yet, and the other is in a bot team, so trying to get him rescued)

Send me the names of all the players who need to be saved. I may have an access to some or even all of them and may try to extract them from the doomed teams in order to place them on the TL.
We've been doing actions like this before. Can't promise it will work out this time but worth giving a shot, I think.

Great start to our U20 Mini World Cup campaign with a 3-0 win over Indonesia.
We had 5 players on Debut playing and they all had a solid performance.

We now go through to the final 18, so it is guaranteed we will face an even tougher team.

congrats, very nice match, great tactic.
Small suggestion, sometimes the wing can start lower, thats the only thing I see maybe could be improved

Next match against serbia will be hard, but I see an australian victory. Your wing will shine

Couldn't quite get the points against srbija this time, but with them having a 9pt rating advantage, losing just 1-0 is a pretty valiant effort.

So that will be the end of our u20s campaign for the season, which I actually prefer as I like to see those who trained their 21yos for the non-WCQ season actually see their players play.

If anyone would like to see us play a certain country or under certain conditions feel free to message and I'll see what I can do.

Nice dominant win against a team of equal ratings. Was nice to have the big players back, and they showed exactly what they bring to the team that the under 20s have been missing so far.

Very nice win, congrats on the score!
One question: why do you set Trajcevski as a striker in the NT and as a mid in your club? He misses the extra training points when switched positions during the week that way. I assume you have fixed the mid training right now, so maybe worth giving it a shot and assigning mid to him? It may bring some weaker scores but will surely give him a better kick to develop.

As you say, it's due to my training of him. And it all depends what I am training him that week and how important the U21 match is.

For the weeks where they don't match up, yes he misses out on a small amount of training, but it really isn't that much (and the amount it is seems to be widely contested) as long as he is playing the official match and not just a friendly.

But thanks for bringing up the point. With unimportant NT matches, as long as I remember, I do try to make it so his orders match my club.

Sure thing. It was just my curiosity that made me ask.
As for the training bonus, I know opinions are divided. In our federation that gathers mostly users who focus on training youths as much as possible, we believe a full 90 mins NT game gives around 40-45% of the full training. I'm in the middle of verifying authenticity of this thesis and complementing the remaining 55-60% in my club games for the players who have been appointed for the NT games. Seems to be working just fine as they are progressing the same as they have before when they played full matches here and there.

Yeah I think something around that is correct.

A full 90min NT I have heard is somewhere between 33-45%. So if you are lucky enough to have a few NT players training in the right positions, you can just "top them up" with some part league matches (I like to giv '60 to be safe and share between 3 people).

At present I don't have that extra trainee in my squad so the NT matches are actually a top up for the League/friendly match, so its even less. Official matches (league/cup) I've heard is somewhere between 90-95%, and friendly 75-90%.

For the player we are talking about, he would often get an official match (league or cup), so the best he would get is an extra 10% training per week from the NT. This has lead me to believe, that the weeks where I either forget to have him on the same order, or change my mind what to train that week, it doesn't make a huge difference. (ie say talent of 4 for ease of calculation. 10% extra training. that would be 40 weeks to pop up one mid range skill level if he was age 20 the whole 40weeks. extending that out to him being 26 trying to get divine in a skill, which may take 10 weeks, that's about 100 weeks of training, or 6.5 seasons to get that one extra skill point).

Obviously it's still always better to get players a bit of extra training where possible, but I don't stress too much about it, as even long term, we are talking such tiny amounts. Along the same lines, but may be more important, would be getting him off the pitch early in my own matches to reduce the risk of injury, which would cause a lot more issues than adding on the extra bit of training, but half the fun is watching your player play/seeing his stats, so I don't take it quite that seriously to be pulling them for the pure fact of reducing that chance of injury a small amount

Was good to come up against another active NT manager this week, plaging Scotland u21s.

Scotland have a similar size user base to us, but their u21 team is ranked 20th which is a great achievement, and we will be their first match since they got knocked out the of the U21 world cup finals.

It was a great win that went in to penalties, despite the fact we gave up an 8pt rating advantage to them, the tactic saw the ball mainly in their half.

The teams couldn't be split after 120min, and thankfully the might of Borg in goal, meant Scotland didn't score a goal in penalties, whilst we were able to put 3 in the back of the net.

It's games like this that as an NT coach you really appreciate all the effort you all put in to training the youths. With these kind of results, it shows Australia can make the world cup finals, and we have a fairly good record against teams who make it out of WCQ.

nothis is a great manager, scotlandu21 was able to qualigy to wc. They are doing great and with lower rating you were able to beat them. I havent seen this macth, but from your previous matches I am not surprised. You have a great tactic structure!!

congrats

Another nice dominant win today coming up against China, who has twice as many users as Australia (I don't count the 6-7 teams that have literally signed up and done nothing, which given 3 share the same ip and just left, makes me think it's someone in sokker trying to further depreciate Australia's div II prestige).
Final scoreline was only 1-0 to Australia but all the other stats were in our favour, including 14 shots to 4.

Shame we can't keep this team for next season, as they are certainly performing this season.
