I’m going to have to lift my game. Only one Chelsea player across those squads.
Good to see that tactic worked well against a lower ranked side.
Great read, very interesting.
Thanks for all the in depth analysis.

Hey mate - Not sure where Dustin Hodge sits in the pecking order but I noticed that he's just been bought by Portland Juniors FC. I don't recall his skill distribution off hand when he came out of my youth school but he had a talent of 3.2 so if he has potential it might be worth sorting out his training plans.
And as a side note, his sale history:
date from: to: price (value)
2022-01-16 Long Riders to Portland Juniors FC 162 000 AU$ (473 200 AU$)
2020-12-02 Chelsea.F.C to Long Riders 5 179 968 AU$ (50 400 AU$)
Big hit to the balance sheet for Long Riders!!

Yeah I wonder if he was actually trained. I know at the time you were selling, once he hit $4M I was out, but I talked to both the bidders who were smashing the bid button, and both trained MIDs.
These were his skills when sold by yourself.

Given his value he has certainly got some training. Just depends how effective it has been. Would be interesting to see his skills now.
I don't have updated skills, but I do keep an eye on the TL and add any promising ones to my spreadsheet (which means he is not very promising, so probably didn't receive effective training).
I do know there was one guy who had like adequate/good mid skills, but incredible pace, so completely useless, maybe that was him

And maxed up stamina. What a shame he end like this. Could've been a top star right now with that talent.
he could be a perfect offensive wing, those kind of players that reach opposite goalie, plus I have said many times the importance of training a good wing for Australian NT :(
Just letting you know, haven't gone AWOL, just noone worth playing to maintain our rank which currently puts us in the 3rd basket for next seasons WC.

Well thanks to a crazy result, where Ecuador won 4-1 despite only having 10-8 in shots, and we only got 4 goals against Tunis despite having 4 shots, we will likely miss out on the 3rd pot for the next WCQ by all of 2 pts.
That difference is the difference of just 1 goal. Sokker really does like to screw us over
