Asunto: National Team U21

it reminds me the 1st south park episode of last night... lame :)

Just a quick sidenote on everything, i haven't given up the idea of becoming the U21 coach, and would much prefer to do that than the full Nt because in some ways i think tactics are more important. I am just working out how much time i think i will have for the team, and if i think it is enough i will be putting my hand up in the 2nd week of elections

I'm finding it hard enough to log on to set tactics for my team these days let alone the U21NT team.

hehe, it's not the first time it's happened against naph either ;). Probably 3rd or 4th time now I think for the club. Has a better success rate in the NT then with his own club :p.

have to say ive had a busy week. No real excuse, but ever since leaving QLD ive been pretty flat out. I still havent got a decent sleep yet.

Wed i got home, and was exhausted but had to start cleaning the house, thurs tried to sleep but didnt work then was out till 6am worked at 4pm that next day. Didnt get back home till 2am, had a game of cricket all day sat, and had 5 mins to set up a tactic for the NT... Didnt quite work out.. And was working all day today only just logged in remembering that I had a game tonight.. but hadnt put up my 1sts... Oh well ive gotta feel sorry for the team im playing in the cup is going to get a pretty strong Frogs line up...

I forgot to set my lineup in a different online game I played today. It happens. It just seems to happen a lot when Frogs play Tribe.

I was surprised to see that you didn't have orders to cover your back 3 in case of injury or red. Especially as you seem to be training defs?

Oh well, it happens.

yeah it does happen... Thats my friendly line up... so I really only cover the back line for NT and 1stXI. Its life im over it... tbh sokker has been pushed towards the back of my head in the last few days, with all the other stuff thats been going on.

As long as you find time for the U21 I don't care about your club results...

Got a pretty full list of fixtures currently. Only need to cover 5 more weeks, Looking at playing against some teams such as Malaysia (Personal grudge match) Venezuela, Ireland and New Zealand (Trans-Tasman rivalry)

It should be an interesting mix of friendlies this season and hopefully we can get off to a quality start with the U21NT

Several questions to keep you busy with your new role (and sink your club!):
- Any info on who's gonna make the U21 player wise?
- Are you going to get the list from Cometer or are you going to start from scratch again?
- Are the NTU21 requirements still the same?
- Do you want us to send you our players or do you want us to use the same database site you used for Malaysia (very nice tool by the way...)?
