Asunto: National Team U21
Bridge's value is too low if he really has incredible pace, formidable def and very nice side skills. I am not sure about him.
Francis lacks speed but I would consider placing him in the middle of defense (the same I did with Thomas last season, who had adequate pace - worked really great thanks to his superdivine defense)

hopefully Francis will now get training in pace/tech....only 19 & being superdivine def, now's the time.
Francis & Voice now updated in DB.

You're missing a few things. Stamina is low, form is low, playmaker is low and he has next to no striking. Bottom line low value ;).

My version of Polish is about as useful as a hip pocket on a pair of undies....
Warren Galea, wiek: 21
klub: QPR, kraj: Australia,
wartość: 15 260 000 zł, wynagrodzenie: 177 800 zł,
boska forma, celująca dyscyplina taktyczna,
wzrost: 174 cm
beznadziejna kondycja nadboski bramkarz
niesamowita szybkość beznadziejny obrońca
mierna technika mierny rozgrywający
dostateczne podania mierny strzelec
...so whatever this means?!

There is a little problem here: there is no successor, only this 19y Munday whose skills are one big mystery ;)

One week later & Hassan's owner mailed to say he's popped to incred pace. :)
Any chance of us seeing different tactics rather than the current one you have continually used? Makes it easy for sides to beat us when we don't have superior players and we continue to send out the same tactic.
I mean we're 5th in the group, and we've had worse U21 sides in the past and still performed better. We're below NZ U21's of all things. They've got significantly less users than we have and a lot less to choose from.

After all these matches I do not see the point of experimenting with tactics. This one, as you see, brought 2 nice results vs Ceska Republica, 3 points against NZ yesterday (the previous match vs NZ was unlucky). The worse results are a consequence of way way weaker players than our competition. If you don't have players on at least average level, tactic changes nothing. Moreover, I am sure this one works really nice.
Have to say, after all the seasons I have managed NT sides I have always felt that tactic variety is essential especially if your players are weaker than the opposition. The worse results have been DIRECTLY as a result of NOT changing tactic. Teams who have beaten us have not been significantly stronger than us but we have looked terrible and have created little in the form of offensive options.
