Asunto: National Team U21

It was impossible for us, 6 marks difference, dreamer deffense and no pace/striker atts...
I am disappointed about our all left side players(without Hewit) and d'Angelo today.
Next week we play with Cameroun, a first match just for U20.

You managed to qualify the team, that is all that matters.
Heads up and start the campaign for the World Cup, don`t forget that you won`t have at your disposal the 21yo lads anymore.

Unfortunatelly the next generations does'nt too trained for high performance.I hope to be, but the WC will begin at 3-th week, not 10...we have no time to train them to much.
But i know, every U21NT have serious squad problems at the beginning of a new season, not just Australia.
I will candidate again for U21 and if i not win the elections, i return a season to my club, trying after to lead a new team, who wanna go to a new WC.
I leaded two U21 teams til now and i got both to WC, this counts to me.And the 22 points with this NT.
Tomorrow i will get out the 21 yo players, because we play next week with Cameroun and i need to see my U20 playing and their potential.

PS.Finally i wanna thank to all who gived U21 young players for us, i likes-it so much, some of them much more than my own club players.A really good generation that i mean, we will see in the future playing great matches for the big NT.

Australia NT vs England NT 0-2

Strangest game ever, we had more goal chances, we have obtained a great mark, but still my lack of trust in striker Gianna in taking penalties has led to three missed penalty shoots in exactly 12 minutes by Harries. Damn!

Anyway I enjoyed seeing this game, we have built many chances and could have easily beaten this stronger opponent, but it was not to be. Maybe next time.

The friendly match vs.Cameroun could be changed.I sent invitation and sk mail to -dumdum-, their manager, but no answer and no accept...more than that, at his club page i saw a match against Russia arranged, even if at the beginning of season they invited us and accepted to play together.



We wait til tomorrow and then i will search other opponent for our youngs.

Finally was accepted by Cameroon, they will use U21, we go with U20.

It was very difficult to get a point with a litle team.We played just like some juniors...even our opponent comes with U21.If we don't train more pace(for strikers and defs specially), will be very difficult to make good results for us.Sorry, i am now a litlebit angry, i waited more from our strikers and MIDs.
Good point to Finn, to Poiser and Despotovski.Others, even our strikers could-it be much better...
Next week will be much more harder, we play against my ex team:Hungary.

Tomorrow we will play a friendly against my last NT, Hungary U21, qualified to WC, a very strong young team, with a good manager, who helped me as general scout U21(all posts), then making a good season as U21manager, winning group G, before Czech Republic and England.

Tomorrow i will make our team and orders, as you know, at our The Sokkeroos forum.

A close 1-0 for Hungary, with a penalty kick goal.
Our better player was Bacak.Saved us in many situations.
Unfortunatelly we does'nt counts atall in attack:(

If we wanna be better, all U21 NT players gonna be updated now, some of them was updated a year ago!
I need your help.
I need their skills, all of them, please update your NT players, even they dont pops last weeks.

Tomorrow we play against Hong Kong, a litle team, with a great romanian manager.
I still search our better 11, but without updated skills, i seems to work in darkness:S
