ahh damn penatly!!! i think it would of ended up a draw and penalties if it wasn't for that penalty ahh well congrats mate i think i gave you a run for your money :) tried some different tactics and worked to some degree

Though safely enough. McDermott picked up a SI and Barrett accumulated 3 yellows (and conceded a penalty) but he was very unlikely to play on the weekend anyway.

Good game, as I said you'd take me close, especially when my reserve players are playing as mids instead of atts. You forced me to play my get out of jail free card by subbing on both Bowen and Paredes for the last 20minutes and Bowen went straight to work drawing the penalty then drawing the foul to setup the freekick which deflected off your wall into Bowen who nailed the shot to secure the win.

Now I'm scared and I think I have a right to be :p. I'm into the 5th round again without conceding a goal.... I see they still haven't invented the bye yet so what's the odds I draw Achmid Soul or Tollygunge next round. What I'd pay for an advance to go (or an advance to next round in my case) community chest card right about now.

Also through, looked a tad frightful for a while there, but as usual Serpato to Olechowski saved the day x 2. That Serpato is in serious form with his assists, 9 in 3 games!

Wow, DVS Strikers certainly gave TBF a run for their money! TBF's world class strikers struggled with accuracy, only scoring 2 from 28 shots between them... and just winning in extra time.

Now it's getting down to the business end, where there's not one 'easy' game in the whole draw.

I'm spitting chips. Same old story. My opponents somehow manage awesome conversion rates.

I had the tactic to win today, sometimes things just don't go your way. I guess that's what happens when you're up against Baveas, Bourke and Tarka. That's the kind of trio my team is missing.

Still, we generated enough chances to win. Had the right players in the right places at the right time.

Gah!!! Oh well, next season. Who's up for a friendly?

Don't think Bade is world class anymore but certainly Voinea and Flamant are quality strikers. Was an incredible effort to take it to extra time though from DVS even with the gods smiling on them. Still TBF deserved to go through and eventually prevailed.

Unlucky. Losers have knocked me out before too. They've got some quality midfielders which are pretty hard to stop on any given day. That's the most annoying thing about Sokker but also one of the best things about it too is that despite everything suggesting one result, another result is possible. Although it can become really annoying when you have something like 28 shots to 1 and lose 1-0 or draw 1-1.

It's disappointing, 'cos I was really eyeing a good result. What was disappointing was having all the ducks lined up properly (controlling the game against a superior team) and not being rewarded with a gold star.
