What are you guys doing with untalented players like that in your YS?!
I sack anything that hasnt had a pop in 5 weeks...

Depends on what level they are going to come out, how many weeks until they come out etc etc.

If I sacked anyone that hadn't popped in 5 weeks I'd have missed out on
Noel Aloisi and about 1.5mill worth of transfers. Sure some of that is offset by additional junior expenses, but I dare say I'm still ahead.

sometimes i just dont manage to keep track. i'd keep someone with 7 talent, as long as they come out something above VG

I decided that if he came out as solid 17yo then I'd make my money back. I didn't bank on him being talent 10! Only 19 in my junior school at the moment. 4 of them are being pulled next week. Bit of a lean trot.

Have 13 in YS with none under 5.2, 2 are at 9 talent 4 yet to tell and could be just under 5 with any luck. Of the confirmed ones only going to come out as low excellents and V.Goods.

yeah I agree with that...
I don't like to keep anything that don't pop between 5 weeks (I always try to pop a graph to bump the price). For young stud I only keep them if they're gonna come out the same season they came in but they better come in as adequate minimum..
