you can indeed. So if you have a youth player of yours no longer there, you have a favourite U21 player or you let the U21/NT manager decide whats best based on the other selections. Almost anything goes.

Time fast running out for the seniors game which is this Saturday. That gives you all of tomorrow still to submit your Senior choice.
