It is with a great pleasure that the State Cup is welcoming Vivski to run the competition.
I'm not steeping back myself, I'm just sharing the tasks as time might become an issue in the future.

Anyway good luck to vivski in running the main part. Time's a killer sometimes and there's just nothing that can be done to avoid time getting the better of anyone.

The fact we have 24 teams garantees these teams we're at least running the 24-teams format, if we can stretch it to 32 we will go ahead with a 32-teams format...
