How cool is upgrading your youth coach? +6YS, my best ever!

My head coach got jealous and sabotaged training. +1 pace, my worst ever!

Thursday's was more fun when I had 22 trainees and everyone was crap :(

yeah, you get use to it though, especially if you become either a goalkeeper trainer or striker trainer training gking or striking. Also happens when you start to become a much older team with an established list of players and only bringing in the few new youngsters every so often.

Was going to happen. Tribe's been on the up for the past few seasons and it's something I've been quietly observing ;).

The Black Flashes have probably dropped a little bit since the sales of Timpano/Zdrilic but they're still a quality team and they've got the cash to rebuild if they decide they need to.

I almost fell off my chair when I saw my pops. Had to check the training page to make sure it was still set to defender...
