Garbage, not in today's environment with all the excess cash.I've been getting 60-65 avg marks for seasons now ..
lol I guess this is called bragging topic for a good reason..Well then you are not an average user. Yet 99% of managers don't reach 70 marks in 6-7 years..fact..
What's complicated about changing just the league structure and the nationality of juniors
That is a good idea..I meant the change of training adding another skills etc..
Push all countries with less than 200 users together into leagues
I feel you and I agree with you..I think South African users feel the same way as you..
Therefore if we started 2 new teams in Australia and Czech, it's likely that within 1 season the Czech side is earning 2 or 3x as much as the Australian side
It's not just about money and earnings but about competition..you have to go through 4-5 leagues and spend and waste money on old players from the beggining to get somewhere. Here you compete with few users..don't really have to do that - faster improvement.
If it takes you 6-7 years to get to 65 avg marks you're clearly doing something incorrectly.
99.9% of managers are not as good as you...

I'm not the best but 6-7 years is overkill. You get more cash then we use to, more higher skill players on the market then we use to, how can you not get to 65-70 marks within 4-5 years. I could name a number of others that took 4-5 years as well all from Australia. I would actually think the majority of decent teams will be able to get to 65-70 inside 4-5 years. It use to be so much harder when top teams were still using formidables and there just wasnt anywhere near the market for choice like there is now. Back then brilliants cost truckloads and now they're pretty much free if they're towards their 30's.
Yeah, you're right about competition, but if you get more cash then everyone else it's easier and quicker to bridge that gap. More cash directly equates to improved team and the quicker you make cash, the easier and quicker you close the gap. Those in Australia will continually struggle to catch the top because there are no even contested leagues flowing through to the 4th division. It's A League or bust here, and the 2nd option does not even come close in terms of income.
Edit: Maybe rather than say I'm good, perhaps you should be questioning whether those who take 6-7 years are infact not very active or bad managers, otherwise you might realise that perhaps you were exaggerating a bit too much. Point taken it takes time to build a side but that's true anywhere and it's even harder in Australia then elsewhere because you just don't get the income you need to be able to develop faster.

Yes it is faster now to get to higher marks..I was talking about teams that started in cca 2006..from my personal experience. Exactly as you said, briliants use to cost 10m EUR. I even remember players being sold for 25+M EUR.. ( if you saved money from those times, or were active trader you are king now) Now there are too many good players on the market, so it is easier for new team to get to top..
May be slowing training a bit and/or adding 2-3 higher skills could help, but again i think there are much more important issues to solve on sokker, than training..
I don't know how do you figure you get more cash in 4th Czech league than here in 2nd/1st..weird..Aren't you playing the TOP divsion for a very long time now? Let me rephrase it..I'm not saying it is easy here for the average user, but good managers have it FAR easier here than in bigg country, because they play in the TOP division forever..
I'm not exaggarating at all..go through TOP leagues in European leagues..most teams there are 6 years old and record marks around 65..Again you have to build your team through 4-5 divisions against similar teams and waste money for old players on non trainable positions..that is quite a big waste as you have to exchange cca 2/3 of the team every 4 seasons..
I'm talking about sokker as a game in general terms, why point out few exceptional managers as you as examples..that doesn't make sense. Most managers just quite simply don't record 70+ marks..

Where did I say you were getting more in 4th than our 1st? I simply stated that based on the info you provided for Wo's sponsorship levels that it's more than a lot of similar aged sides in our 2nd/3rd division. Our top division is fine and the reason isn't because it's the top division, it's because that is where all our longterm active users are. The rest of the divisions have very little in the way of experienced users and consequently sponsorship dives below what they'd be recording elsewhere.
As for having it FAR easier here, you wouldn't know, you haven't played here. I would agree it's easier to get up to division 2, but you then hit a brick wall and can't get any further, similar to your position. Difference is by that time your side would have increased in strength by a far greater amount therefore making the catch to stronger teams easier as there is only so far one team can improve in marks regardless of money, 80 seems to be about the top but most are probably in the 65-75 range. Sponsorship isn't determined on what division you are in, otherwise your point would be very accurate, it's determined by the fan sizes of those around you and generally those with more time in the game will have bigger fan numbers.
If you were talking about ranking, you'd be right, as ranking is based on whether you win and doesn't consider strength as an influencing factor. Another reason why I'm in the top 20 teams in the world on ranking but not even close to the top 100 in ratings.

Because you're making the claim that 99.9% take 6-7 seasons to do it and you've had 2 cases in a row with minimal effort that goes against that. It's really not that hard to do and I'd love to start a side in Czech to show that it can be done. I'm by no means the best around, nor do I claim to be, there are others much better than me who would also do a similar thing.

of course it is, sponzorship is directly connected with the level of division:-) But yes income from attandance depends mostly on fans and mood

lol yes, i'm pretty sure lots of managers around here would improve way faster if they start all over again, me included..so yes it can be done faster.
My be do some research and check the ratings/age of teams in other countries yourself if you think it is not majority..?

Then it will come of great surprise to you that it doesn't and it has been confirmed several times by devs that it doesn't. It's even been posted in news articles how sponsorship works. If you want to believe anything else then good luck to you but you've got no evidence to base it off :).

my bad..that being said some teams in 4th divisions are earnings only around 30k EUR from sponzorship..

The way I see it, there are 3 factors. Supporter mood, your own fan number and the supporters in your league. Thus a new team will always earn less then an older team initially, however it is possible and quite common that 2 teams starting the same time earn differing amounts of sponsorship because of what league they are in. This is why 3rd/4th division in Czech Republic earns more than a lot of teams in div 2 Australia and it's why I get frustrated when people try to shrug it off as Australia being easier then others because whilst we can progress up divisions, the sponsorship doesn't change quick enough to improve the team to a competitive level whereas in other countries whilst it takes a while to go up the divisions, you at least are usually always in a competitive situation financially to be able to quickly adapt to a new level.

A lot of good ideas being discussed here.
Australia's main problem is lack of users.
Sokker's main problem is wages are too low.
Inject 50 active users into Australian sokker and Australia's problems diminish.
As the game grows, more money is injected into the global sokker economy. Because other costs have remained static (stadiums & wages), all that money is going towards transfers. That creates many of sokker's problems.
In my time in sokker, the wages should have increased about 30%.
As a correction, wages should increase 5% per season for the next 4 seasons, then be indexed to the growth of the global sokker economy. (Any wage correction should exclude GKs.)

Keepers wages are an indication of where the top midfielders, top strikers, top defenders ought to be around. That would create a lot more thinking in terms of team strength because right now there's no thinking, it's just splash whatever you have into the transfer market.
This whole topic is getting reinforced by the fact I have 13 million coming my way tonight and nothing to spend it on. Great problem :)
hope I didn't use my seasons luck in my friendly.
