borkos has been playing since 2005 as well, and he's pushing for a place in the ekstraklasa, not to mention training up young players as well :P
Not all are so good. :)I think that I am the good player;)

Hi, thanks for taking the time to run for the U21 NT I assume.
I've got a few questions I'd like if you could answer.
1) You mention it's time to change the fact we're not a power of Sokker. How exactly do you intend to change this?
In terms of what I'm expecting as an answer I don't want to hear the same response of through my tactics, player searching etc. That gets used by everyone and very rarely works with smaller NT's. Sure, it does improve the side if you're good enough but it rarely changes one from being a minnow to suddenly being a powerhouse.
2) On a somewhat related question, what do you see as the key essentials to a successful NT? Is it winning everything, causing the odd upset or something else?
3) How can you overcome our time zone difficulties to function with our community and also work side by side with our Senior NT manager (whoever that turns out to be)?
4) I'm yet to check but why have you applied for 2 places, Australia and NZ? Did you apply for one and then change your mind or do you just want any NT job just for the status it brings?
4's probably as close as I'll go to being critical. The question isn't meant to be critical so I apologise in advance if it is taken that way. I'm curious as to why you'd go for 2 places.
Thanks in advance for any questions answered.

Mostly by create a special topic on Poland forum, which helps me with searching stars to national team and reviewing player's bases. I will try to motivate Australian users, using various methods, to train Australian players, not abroad. I also have a few very good friends, who will be my "scouts".
I think time-zone won't be a problem. I spend many hours on Sokker everyday. I have a lot of time and enthusiasm, so I don't see any problems.
Both countries are similar in a measure. At the beginning I apply to a New Zealand... but I saw that people there are not really interested in NT. In Australia people are more engaged in it. It can be seen, for example, by you, because you asking me a questions. And if I wanted to be a coach of a poor quality NT, I will make an apply to country like, for example, Cameroon.

Thanks for your answers.
I think most people here would prefer training Australian talent, although it doesn't always happen that the quality you're after is a local talent and consequently you resort to picking up players elsewhere. So from that perspective, I think motivating people to train Australian players will be achievable ;).
I noticed you posted your campaign thread at around 9 sktime. That's pretty reasonable for our timezone but I wasn't sure whether that was a one off thing or not so I asked the question about it.
I think Australia has a much greater depth then NZ does from what I've seen. The gap is extending in the Senior squad now as we've beaten them fairly comfortably the past few times. Our U21's are streets ahead of NZ purely down to the amount of managers we've got and the rapid decline of the NZ Sokker community.
I'm sure other people will have questions too at some stage, if I think of more I'll let you know.

hehe sorry i just couldnt help poking fun at you :P
If you've started in 2005, then you're very low....you should be at least in 3rd league...
Anyway, you can't open a topic at Polish forum to search for Australian players, it's forbidden :P
