Asunto: [U21] Davie

Hello people of Australia!

I'm here to tell you something about me,strong points and how i see the future with the U21 of Australia and why i'm a canidate for this election.


Who Am I ?

My name is Davie Van De Keere, i'm 19 years old. For the moment i'm still studying in Bruges(Belgium)

My hobbies are: Playing football in a team
- Watching a lot of football on TV.
- Watching all kind of sports

Why am I a candidate for this elections ?

I'm looking for new an new country to coach in Sokker and i want my to gain more experience as NT-coach


My strong points in Sokker

- Experience:In a few weeks I will start my 8th season as manager of my own team,so i play sokker for almost 2 and half years now. Currently playing in 3th division .07 one of the strongest 3th divisions.I learned a lot in that division and became tactically stronger with scouting the opponent.

- NT-experience: I have been 2 season in the NT-crew of Belgium one as U18 MID scout and one as U18 DEF scout.With that job in Belguim i combined it the first season as GK scout of Indonesia and second season as one of the 2 headscout in Indonesia.That is a great time i had in both countries and learned a lot and gained lots of experience.By discuss tactics for U21 WC of Belguim and improve everything
Also was the U21 coach of South Africa and MarcL is taking it over of me

- Tactical knowledge: In very beginning i had it hard to work on tactics,but everybody grows in making tactics.I can say now that i'm good in making tactics,in my team i train defenders so i love to play with strong defence an build up the play from behind and use the wings also(4-1-2-1wing-2).But
I became stronger in tactics like i said before that i'm in a very nice 3th division.

- My language knowledge: I want good communication with all the users in Australia and to improve this young sqaud



- Try to create a nice future for the U21 and good ranking

- Now in 2nd year of U21 we will play to qualify for the WC and building up the team to a solid squad,with good subtitutes and young talents(they can play in friendly's)

- Making a good crew with experienced managers to support me. If anyone wants to join it, be my guest and send me a SK-mail.

Thanks for applying. I was aware of the time you spent managing the U21 South Africa team and thought you did a reasonable job considering the very limited depth you had at your disposal.

I'll come back with some questions a little later, most likely tomorrow. Others might have some as well.

As promised here's some questions to you.

1) The group qualification draw has been made. What do you think of it? Who should we be worried of and what's the likely and optimal result?

2) Communication is a massive feature of running a NT. How do you intend to inform users and keep them notified of everything that is happening. That being anything ranging from pre-game text, post-game review, reporting through skmails about how far off a player is, what they need etc?

3) How do you intend to build the squad up to make it stronger than it already is? We're a small nation (not as small as South Africa though) and we don't have the same players at our disposal as other powerhouses. Exactly how do you intend to strengthen it when it's probably not really able to be strengthened immediately?

4) Passing or PM for a midfielder?
PM or tech for a defender?
Pace or tech for a striker?

Explain each of your views ;).

1)Nice draw in groupstage,it's look like we got easy group that is possible of winning all matches and qualify for the WC.Only for the first to place it could go between Uraguay an Australia but i think with an good tactic and players that are well in form it will turn out just fine.

2)Communication is an very importent thing,i will work togheter with friend of me and also belgian manager to prepare pre-gametext some info about our opponent.
After every match i will post my thoughts about the game and we could discuss togheter what can change and must become better in the future so we can work on it.
Every pre- and review will come the forum of NT Australia

3)I think here in Australia the players are better but the problem now is that all the players that played last year at age of 21y that we need to find decent replacements for them,because their where some very good players in U21 squad and they brought something more to team.
I know a lot of Australian players are trained in there homecountry and maybe i can make some adds here in Belguim(for the high division teams) to buy talented Australian players and work togheter to make the team grow in all possible ways.All younger players 18-19 will mostly play the friendly so they also have change to play for their country and to safe the starting 11 for qualifing the WC

4)Passing more for wingplayers and also for more attacking mids
Pm more for the central mids and defending mids

Mostly more pm for an defender so they could read the game and give good passes to the mids
and also for keeping their place at the pitch.

Against stronger teams i would play with players that have more pace so it's more possible to break trough the defence,more techskilled attacker could been used in matches against lower ranked teams or as second attacker behind an more deeper attacker with more pace.
