I think it is every 8 days you can run it - you can check if you run it too earlier it will just say Completed. This was done like this to ensure that if your update crashes half way through you will not go back to updating every player again. Also there is no point in allowing people to constantly update their players when there is absolutely nothing changed (apart from form).
