I'll start.
League
Don't come last. I don't like my chances, but I will give it my best shot. Especially difficult as I am not willingly to spend money on players yet. I want to survive with what I have.
Ranking
Move into the top 40 and stay put. May be difficult if I am copping a beating each week in the league.
Australia Cup
Make the 3rd Round. Getting past that will probably prove beyond me.

Build a beautiful covered stadium the envy of all of Australia.

This is a season that could go anywhere. I've had a few easy seasons now where I was the big fish in a small pond. Now I'm a medium size fish in a big pond and might struggle.

Ahem, sorry to disappoint but this feat was achieved at the start of last season by myself. Second in the country to achieve this is pretty impressive though.

Make it to the final 16. My trainees should be able to achieve this but last season turned out ot be a major disappointment.

To make sure Turnbull and Sterjovski represent in at least half the U21 matches, and get Naven into the team after some serious passing training

I just spent 7mill making my stadium an allseater with a full roof.
Next im going to make all the stands the same height so the roof lines are all even.

ah ah... don't be sorry guys, I'm still the first one in this country to have a fully covered stadium in this country that is made 100% of seats. That's what was meant to be said since that is the ultimate goal to achieve in term of stadium.
It will actually be a race between us and Losers as to which one will see the workers finish it first... sorry if the DB doesnt go as far as III though.

I've forgotten about the game and haven't made the lineup, I got eliminated. Maras got some nice input in it, scoring 0/8 :p

Well my stadium is complete already, I'm not really going to expand or upgrade it for some time. Coach staff is finished since ~7 seasons. Youth schools is at low level now...and as for training I will keep on training striker for ~10 week, then I'm changing to pace and start training mids. Believe it or not, since I've been playing sokker[march 2005] I have always been training strikers[with some exceptions, for example like Willis - got him with high passing and pm, and just trained him in pace and tech]. The point is, my only trainings were pace, tech, striker. Now it's time for passing&playmaking, can't wait! :)

Well I've already failed my "Other" objective so I'll be stuck with some old trainees for the majority of the season.
League
I would be pleased with second place in my division this season. 'The Monster' team is on a roll and I doubt I can stop them.
I'll aim for division II next season. I'm not in a hurry. Maybe the season after. I would not like to be a team relegated to division IV, but that's how life goes sometimes.

Hopefully get to be in the top 100 Australian teams and stay there. Then I'll probably aim for the top 50. The competition is tuff.

I got past round one with a very un-organised team, and club. Who knows what will happen next season ?
Depends on how many easy teams I get paired with in a row I guess ???
I should be better prepared by the next Australia Cup.

2. Building up my stadium before I invest in any players. I don't want to loose money because my stadium is under-sized.
3. I'm new to this game, and I still don't know exactly what I want. I'm just playing the game, still building up a stadium, trying to work out some good tactics. Can't wait till I can afford to start training juniors. I'd like to see how far I can get with an all Australian side before I go to the transfer market. Preferably home grown talent from my junior school would be ideal. I've got plenty of time to see if that works. If it don't work then I'll have to start signing up foreign players.
