Hello, my name is Leonardo M., i am 14 years, and i will complete in October, two years of this wonderful game. I had previous experience in a team, which was banned, because i have shared IP with a friend, but that was at the time it was not, say, vitiated in Sokker :P buy much knowledge about Sokker these almost two years. I think an experienced user. I venture to say that i am a Manda and expensive than in tactics. In these last few months i spent i devoting understand how they work, each with their minímos details. Of course, nobody can ever, but i can confirm that error margin minah comes every day decreasing!
I think the tactic, is one of the crucial points to decide a game. Your selections so most importantly, by the high level of players. Now that i knew a little bit, i will put my made and my history here in Sokker.
General:
-I nearly two years of Sokker;
-I 've got a phase of the 52nd tactics of the week, which is carried out in the forums in Brazil, electing the tactic of round;
I assist for a few months of Brazilian U21 check;
-I am administering my second time, totaling almost 3 years Sokker.
Staff:
-I am 14 years of age, but i assure you that i have a huge capacity;
-I am attending the first year of high school, due to be one year in advance in schools;
-I am in Sokker 4 to 5 hours per day, because i believe this enough, but on weekends, i practically the whole day.
Serrano FC:
-I am in the 4th Division Brazilian Séire D. 52;
-In my first season, i was second in the Sixth Division due to enter at the latest round of the League;
-I was 4 seasons (fifth series and purchasing Division) to do ugly experience in the upper division;
-In my first season, i am Fourthly, as my own goal, which was flee Repechage;
-In my second season, priorizei training and i ended up in the fifth defeated my opponent of Repechage 3x0;
-This last season, thirdly, my greatest placing Sokker.
As you can see, my ascent is huge and fast, so i ask your vote of confidence in a new look for this selection. I promise endeavour for not only up in ranking but also to colcoar this country where it really deserves to be!

1. You've shown you can control your own team with custom made tactics. What are your intentions for the U21 NT if you are elected? (so things like results, interest from other users etc)
2. With a small userbase such as Australia, how can you achieve strong results with very limited playing squads? At the same time, how can you improve the performance over what has been done before?
3. Do you see the U21 as a separate team to the Senior NT? Briefly explain why or why not?
4. To end on an easy question, what do you value more in a striker? Technique,Pace or Striking? What do you value more in a midfielder? Passing,Playmaking or Defending?
Obviously having rounded players is ideal but if you had to have 1 skill higher than other skills and the rest were slightly lower, what one of the above would it be?

My intention as Australia U21 command, you step by step. What i mean is that my goal that we have heard first tooth and nail the first stage will pass. I am not going to tell you, my goal is to be champion. It is logical that this is my goal, but that won't be able to if you do not think that if the 1st of the first phase, so my goal this is more at the time.

Just one example. My time is much lower than the times of my League, and good results. Against the two times the strongest i games memorable season. I 've got an adversary far above, rather than i won the champion this season, because my football goalkeeper who in post which resulted in victory. This sample was used because i want dzer that i managed to get around in teams, and if i understood the goal of your question was this. How to deal with stronger not selections? Then i will therefore, trying to take advantage of the most out of question tatica, which is where i wisdom. I am not talking to you that we will win only at taticas, or that all will be successful, not only is the point that i wisdom and that is how i wish to reach far in World Cup. I will adopt my style in the selection if i give this opportunity, i see games last season for not committing errors that were committed this season, precisely in order not to make this a weakness in our selection. See main U21 differentiated part of the team, at least here in Australia, due to large age gap in primary team is very high, and U21 is young, of course. As soon as being a large age difference, it is likely that the level is also used to be differentiated. Just look at the values of players and we shall have a huge concept. But responding more briefly, that i see different here in Australia, is simply high players age, because something very logic is the level of players are not completely, but much higher.
4-To end on an easy question, what do you value more in a striker? Technique,Pace or Striking? What do you value more in a midfielder? Passing,Playmaking or Defending?
Frankly, don't i buy players who are not balanced skills, but i would say that the finalization would be the most important in an attacker because at least, if an opportunity to it, it is difficult, but not convert, players like you said, are the most suitable for round. And a half, i see the pass as more important, emphasizes a player with high or high agility, if you do not toss a pass, that is why i see pass as more important, but also nothing very much use without the other skills "important" in a half.
