a good week i must say :)

Trained my first Magical skill today :)

He was one of the first players I ever bought and I got him as a 17 year old with:

Stamina: unsatisfactory, Keeper: hopeless
Pace: adequate, Defender: hopeless
Technique: adequate, Playmaker: tragic
Passing: very good, Striker: hopeless

He went straight into my first team :) You start the game with really cr@ppy squads!

you're not the only one with a key player suspended for the derby ;)

i do wish that my trainees' form can be switched with some of my first teamers' form. it's not like they need it or anything!

I never experienced that ;). I had 2 of my players from my starting squad play for the 1st XI of the NT for a number of games for example along with having an almost ideal starting squad ;).

haha, i still got 5 players from my starting team here! none of them are starting on a regular basis though... kinda sad i wasted villafane's talent as a potential defender, but then i pulled ellem....

I think the times have changed a lot. You can see it when noobs post their teams on the forums for guidance. Absolute puss! My team was bad. The player to last the longest was a solid keeper. hmmmm.

I dunno. I'll take a look at my average ratings from my first ever match. I think it was around 26-27 which is on par with a lot of the teams nowdays. I think I got very lucky with the distribution of skill points.

Yeah, I got 25.6 from my first match. That's not that much further then others today.
