Asunto: [News] Minor Modifications... and MORE

We have introduced some minor modifications to the game:
- popup menus on right and left menu bar which allow new users to catch up quicker on the menu organisation.
- security of all pages have been reviewed and changed. Although this was a large change you should hopefully see no changes. If you do please post in the bugs / ideas forum.
- mailbox changes with the addition of notifiers (explained in other news topic).
- Plus users can now sort their squad on various elements i.e. age, value, striker etc.
- A short note has been added when publishing friendly ads
- minor bug fixes

The MORE relates to some new features coming soon...

Trust me there are some really awesome stuffs coming for the new season!

wow, really looking forward to the junior competition....and being able to get an idea on the age/type of player i am gettting!

Knowing their true age will just make me want to sack all of them, but them I'll need 11 to play in a team... hmmmmm.

Until you get there and get knocked out in round 1 which is probably going to happen to me unless I draw a weaker and younger nation. Still nice to be a part of it :).

they already sell for a truckload, so I'd hope they don't increase too much. Will certainly have fewer duds out on the market though which I find a bit depressing as it just leads to a mass pool of quality players and leaves the other side of the market with nothing.

So will these new changes improve our juniors because they play a match in a junior league, or did they play in matches before and we didn't have the controls untill now ?

Neither.


Essentially from what I understand, the match itself adds no improvement to training, but just acts as a way for I suppose estimating what skills they have and their best position. There's probably a few other minor things like supporter mood which is very minimal effects.

I guess the biggest change is that you can now see a player's age and if they're an outfielder or keeper along with the fact that there may be slight incorrect levels shown depending on how poor your youth coach is so talent now has an element of uncertainty in some cases.

It's still good I think.

Not really. Even more, on the contrary! ;-)
First of all, you can't buy juniors to play for your junior team.
And most important - because of junior league, people will now open junior school to take part in junior league. This means much more young players on the market with same need for young players. Ergo, more players + same need = you need to pay less to get the same as before ;)
