Qld rules!
I was up on my SUP at 6am in tally creek with plenty of time to spare before work... I would hate to be 1h ahead,it would ruin the beautiful mornings we can enjoy with the ocean :)

Screw that, I was up at 5am (going to bed) enjoying the nightlife. If we had daylight savigs, it would allow me to have an extra hour of sunlight during my waking hours...BRING ON THE DAYLIGHT SAVINGS!!!

I think the reason behind the daylight savings for the queenslander's was to do with the cows milk.

All comments are welcome :)

OMG some farmers daughter said they'd have to work an extra hour during the day if daylight savings was in, even though according to her, they start work at dawn and finish at dusk...IDIOTS.

The funniest thing about the cows milk, is the majority of the milking in Australia is in NSW where there is higher rainfall, therefore not as tough a climate, and therefore more bodily resources can be used on getting better milk both per litre, and with increased fat and protein content

*sorry for the spill, I'm a vet student, and just did a couple of weeks on just the dairy industry, nothing even to do with diseases*

pack up your daylight savings and adopt a more appropriate lifestyle...

which ultimately you will do because, here's the trick my friend, you will get old :)
there is no escape...

i go away for a few days and look what happens! they dump all this new stuff on me! and no daylight savings is awesome, especially in WA, since it means better viewing times for football matches :)

What is there to do for 2 hours before work (not a great swell in Port Phillip Bay)?
Those 2 hours of daylight are wasted. Much better to enjoy some daylight after work.

i'm a student on holidays, why the hell should i care ;)

as long as i get decent times for my football matches, i'm happy

190cm DM... sweet :)

This totally brings a new dimension to tactics. I love it!

oh gosh... I have a 16 year old good 33. damn. Please. I will never ask for anything again if he has a 3.2 talent!
2009-12-08 15:29:52
he'll still come out 19 though ;).

Mangos 162cm.... From an NT perspective that's devastating given he's one of our best defenders. From a club perspective that's awesome news given I've come out with reasonably tall strikers. TM got treated harshly with defender height.
