Hi,
I'm not a one season manager, and I want to continue my work and really think that I can do it :)
For next season, I have 3 targets :
- go in top 30 (top 25 will be better)
- prepare the team for World Cup with the best 24-25 and 26 player
- and find 2-3 really good defensive mid (our team big problem).

I had a few problems with the way this season was handled. Whilst you set matches and tactics every week that was as far as it got.
There was no communication after the first match or so. The database appeared as if it hadn't been updated in ages other than those who were U21 (due to the U21 manager) and from managers who update regularly anyway. We failed to even be competitive in the WCQ's and was the first time we'd been eliminated before the last match.
My question is if you get re-elected should we expect anything different? Why should we re-elect you after a season like we've just had?
The easiest part of managing the NT is setting tactics and whilst setting a good tactic takes time, there are other components that I believe are more important.
My vote isn't decided yet, so you have a chance to get another chance but you will have to answer the above questions and explain to us why we had the season we've just had.

I tryed to open some before and after match thread (for the first 3 matchs) but with a really poor success .... :(
When I was elected I expected that 1 or 2 Australian manager propose to help me, but noone did it, (specially for the players update). And only 2 managers send me some players update by sk-mail (where in France I get minimum 20 sk-mail every thursday).
For the result, we only loose against team who were better (did not think that Danemark was so good), was hopping to get some result against Argentina but tactic was probably sometimes not so good and we never be lucky in the 4 matchs we should ^^ . But we really need some good defensive mid also.
Irl I finish personnaly to built an house and move to my new house last month, and I also change work but I don't need to find some reaons because I did my work.
To catch the backlog with top 20 NT team a little comunity with 100 managers should be interested and motivate for his NT I really dont think that we have at least a group of 20 managers.

Why did you not actively seek an assistant? There is more to it than asking something in the forums.
If users are picking at your tactic they are obviously finding holes in it and wanting you do fix them. Why is it that you didnt use these comments to better your tactic and use it as constructive criticism rather than just taking it as an attack on yourself and your tactic?

Yeah all those are issues you will face with smaller userbases and it is something that always needs to be considered when the NT manager. At the end of the day if things aren't going as you'd like them to, you need to at least try and change that otherwise things stay as they are and I've explained the way I see things below with a few of your statements made. I gave up interest for probably the first time because my impression was you didn't care too much about the job outside of setting the match lineup. ok so as I understand that, your ok to help me next season, I'm really happy to heard that :)
Next season we have to :
- optimize players training (specially for mid def)
- enter in top 30 (for an easier WC quali group)
- play with 24-25-26 players

Sorry you weren't re-elected. I guess in the end if you take out the 2 or so day difference between being re-elected and not getting the role is that others thought the season you just had wasn't good enough to warrant a 2nd season in charge.
Thanks for applying though and hopefully if you manage another smaller NT again, some of the valuable lessons learnt from last season will make you a better NT manager outside of games/tactics.
In many ways I'm disappointed you didn't get the chance to correct the mistakes that were made last season but the cookie didn't crumble the right way.
