Woohoo! Another nerve-racking game. I thought we had it sewn up when we went 2 goals to the good. Then the Frogs managed to pull 3 back and it was on again!

A lot of fumbles from Frogs today, and I'm surprised they managed to hold it together after TMP's domination early on. But they came back and made a real game of it. Big arm wrestle at the end, and it was Croxall's penalty which sealed it with a couple of minutes to go.

I honestly didn't think my team would get good enough to take a Cup win.

Congrats on your great run, TM. With the strength of your team at the moment, I hope we see you back in the A-League soon.

Wow! Just finished watching that and looked at my fingernails... I have none left!! Full credit to Vivski and TMP who were the better team on the day. My boys did an incredible job to come from 3-0 down after 32 mins to come back and get to 3-3 then go down again and peg it back again to 4-4.

Unfortunately we went down due to a penalty in the 85th minute! A very tight game, bringing out a relatively new tactic (Seen before against NZ and Belgium when I was NT Manager =P ) The injury to Muczek is disappointing, but thats football for you!

Congrats Viv on winning your first cup =) Would have loved to have knocked you off in the final but it wasnt to be tonight! Well done!

Looks like a cracker of a game, will have to make time to watch it.

There are a couple of key players that will be departing (provided i remember to TL them) this friday! One being the Keeper who is old and dropping skills, the other being Gmyrek. I couldnt go into the final with a Very Good Keeper now could I? Then again - I did win the cup a couple of seasons ago with Butera in goals (Only solid at the time as Galka was injured!) Currently the team needs a new Keeper and the addition of a speedy defender to replace Barjuan. When we have that base I'll be happy with my squad :)

Well the Belgium one that I remember was made by me in practice. You just made a few small adjustments to it.

Nevertheless it was a good effort against vivski which just fell short. Losing Muczek hurt, thought he was the one getting on top of vivski's midfielders which brought you back into the game.

Him and Lascarescu were playing rather well. Loved the headers from the top of the box that we scored :)
